Sara always thought Gin was a good kid. There was no ignoring he was... odd. Firstly, she had met him in a park and had never in her life seen his parents. Gin didn't live on the flat like the rest of the people she met. What really struck Sara as odd was his odd attire and how he acted whenever animals were around. He spoke to them and sometimes it felt like he was having full-on conversations with them.

One day while Gin was over, he got too excited. Normal kids run around or don't listen when they get excited. What they definitely don't do is turn into small fluff balls! "Aah... Gin?" Sara gasped. Gin didn't seem to see the problem. It only took a few minutes before he realized. He shuffled around while panicking.

It was clear to Sara that the little puppy was panicking. She did the only thing she knew how to do. She picked him up and cradled him. Gin calmed down and started to transform into a human. "Big Sis Sara! Please I beg of you, ignore that!" Gin pleaded. Sara paused for a while. "I will, ok? Can you just... explain everything?" She spoke calmly. He loved it when she talked that way. It made him think that nothing in the entire world could hurt him. "I'm a dog woof. At least I was... I suddenly turned into a human woof and now I can switch between the two meow."

"Ok, one: Why do you meow if you're a dog? Two: where did you come from?"

"I transform into a cat too woof. Second, I came from a pet shop meow. No one wanted to adopt me, so I ran away woof."

"I can adopt you."

"Really? Meow, thank you big sis Sara!"

"C'mon Gin, we can't stay here," Sara spoke while frowning. The young dog ran around panicking. He didn't know what was going on. He had been hiding for the last four days in a bathroom of a gas station after losing Sara when some people attacked her. She was back now, but things were different. She reeked of blood and her hair was messy. Gin was in such a state of shock that nothing made sense. His vision blurred. There was no Sara or anything. It was just another one of those things that attacked him.

So he bit her. And she bled.

"B- big sis Sara!" Gin gasped after transforming back into his human form. "Aaaah... I.." Sara gasped out her. It was a rather small bite, Gin wasn't a big dog, but she was bleeding a lot. "Big Sis! there are bandages and medication stuff in the cabinet. I hid them away." Gin spoke quickly before scrambling to grab them. "Gin, I'm fine. We can bandage it up and put medicine on it but there's no doctor around for proper medical attention." Sara smiled at him. She knew that would calm him down. Sara bandaged the bite on her arm up and grabbed Gin's hand. "I know a place where there's a doctor. I haven't been there, but I know where it is."

And with that, they started the adventure to the camp.

"Who goes there?" A voice called out. "Don't hurt us! We only want to join you." Sara responded. It was dark out and it was hard to see. "Alrighty, I trust ya." The blonde man said before unlocking the abnormally large gate. "You trusted me rather easily. Why is that?" Sara asked while following the man into the base. "'Cause your cute."

Sara didn't really see amused. "Ok, but seriously. Why?" She seemed serious. "Well, you wouldn't want the little child getting hurt so that's one thing." He answered. "He's definitely suspicious woof!"

"Don't be like that Gin. Hi, I'm Sara."

"Well nice to meet you, Miss Sara." Spoke a voice that wasn't heard before. It shocked Sara, but it definitely startled Gin. "I'm Shin, and that's Keiji. You'll have to prove yourself if you want to stay here. In the meantime, follow me."
