BATMAN #1

Prologue

Gotham city, June 25th 1995, 0100 hours. A man was told to get in a very dark room, full of men that appears to wear masks of various animals and famous people from around the world. The man appeared to be very scared... then a man with a pig mask said to him – "Sit there on that chair, the boss wants to talk." He slowly approaches the chair that he was told to sit in while staring at the two scarily white eyes that is waiting for him behind a table. As he sits on the chair, a deep voice emerges – "Joe Chill, that is your name correct?" – the mysterious man said to him, And Joe chill just nods in agreement. "Answer me!!!" the mysterious man screams at him – "Y-yes, yes it's my name" – Joe Chill replies with clear fear in his voice. "Good. Take this gun" said the mysterious man while handing Joe chill a revolver, He continued – "I need you to do me a favour..."

Park Row, Gotham City, June 26th 1995, 2200 hours. A family of three was walking in Park row, while not far from them, Joe Chill, wearing a mask that looks like a bat was talking to the mysterious man from before on the phone – "That's them. Shoot them right now and you are a member of the false face society" – the mysterious man said to him. "Ok" – Chill replied. Chill approaches the family, slowly drawing his gun – "Give me all your money and jewelries!" – Chill said to the family. The oldest man in the group decides to have a talk with Chill, protecting his family said – "Hey buddy, let's just calm down, let's just put down the gun." – Chill interrupts him – "I said give me all your money you rich shit!!!" – the father tries to take Chill's revolver but Chill shoots the gun before the father had the chance to take the gun from him. After he shoots the father, he approaches the mother and puts his gun between her pearl necklace, then shoots her in cold blood. After that he tries to shoot the child – "what's your name kid?" – Chill asks the child while he's pointing a gun at his head. "Bruce" – the child replied, Chill tries to pull the trigger of the gun but, he just can't. he wants to complete his task but he just can't kill a child, after a few moments of silence, suddenly the police sirens start to go off and without thinking Chill runs away from the scene.

The Waynes killed

Almost all of the family members of the wealthy Wayne family were killed by an unidentified man last night at Park Row in a mugging. According to the police, the Waynes was going home from watching an opera show near park row, they went away from the back door and walked home trough park row where they encountered the man that tried to mugged them, then ultimately shot them in cold blood. The only family member left was Thomas and Martha Wayne's son, Bruce Wayne. Bruce was taken to the police station and was given good care until Wayne's butler arrived at the GCPD to take Wayne home to the Wayne manor. The GCPD is still investigating on who is the interpreter of this horrible incident.

Gotham City Cemetery, February 8th 2002, 1923 hours. In a stormy evening, Bruce Wayne was putting flowers on his parents' grave. "Another birthday without you, mom and dad. Can you believe it's been 7 years? Back then I was 8 and now I am 15, You guys can't age anymore... because of that man that shot you. It's all because of him!!!!, I swear I will avenge you, mom and dad... I WILL AVENGE YOU!!!!!!!!!!"

WEC Airport, Gotham City, September 19th 2005, 0915 hours. Bruce Wayne was talking to his butler, Alfred at the airplane parking lot just before he goes away from Gotham – "Farewell, master Bruce... I hope you don't die" – Alfred says with his incredibly posh British accent – "Ha, that's cute... c'mon Alfred you know I'm always careful" – Bruce said – "Not with this one you're not!" – Alfred replied to Bruce. They both laughs while Bruce got into his private jet. Minutes after that, Bruce's private jet zooms off into the distance.
