Prologue
Time is said to be eternal. It’s said that it has neither a beginning nor an end. Yet men are able to measure it as seconds, minutes, days, weeks, months, years and even century. Time travels. It moves. What was yesterday is not happening today. And, the occurrence today won’t happen again. There are no second chances, no take twos, no flashbacks nor aftershocks. Yesterday is gone, really gone. It will fade; all you can cherish is the memory, the memory that is just a remnant. Today is and tomorrow is yet to come. The entire creation moves on according to a time pattern, according to the will of God. There is birth, growth and death. There is time for everything. There’s always a dawn and nightfall. Closure isn’t the end; it can be a beginning of opportunities. Time heals; bare that in your mind. But remember, time is said to have no holiday. It always exists.
“I can’t forget this note from her. It really touched my heart. Damn it! I never realized that time is too limited until “that” fucking shit happened.” I whispered as I read her note for the nth time.I turned back and asked a friend, “what time is it?”
“It is 11:43 in the morning.”
“I have to go, there’s someone who’s waiting for me out there.”
“Is it her?”
“Yeah…”
“Will you please stop fooling your fucking self? She’s already…”
“Shut the fuck up! I don’t need your words. She’s waiting! I have to go!”
“It’s just a sad waste of existence, Thiel Villa Eugenio.”
