An Unusual Week

It was like every other day in Jaranaville, though it was around evening, peace and quiet.. kindness spreading throughout the town, Amber walking through the streets, people greeting Amber as she is on her way to the forests.

"Good morning, Amber!" Mrs. Kane said

"Same to you!" Amber said while smiling.

Mrs. Kane smiled and then went back to baking muffins for the town's children.

Amber soon made it to the forests. She started walking on the trail, as Amber was walking, a tall, slim man in a suit was watching her from the shadows of the trees. Soon it reached 10 PM, Mrs. Kane had closed the bakery and everyone had gone inside their homes for the night. Amber had sat down on a log and listened to some Christian music, then everything started to glitch, what I mean by that is the trees, ground, literally everything around Amber started glitching, Amber was startled by the glitching, then it stopped, the slim man approached her from behind, then he put his hands on her eyes and whispered in her ear.

"Your destiny will rise soon" the slim man had whispered

Amber had chills up her spine, all she did was stay quiet. The man had let go of her face and disappeared... Amber thought to herself.

"How can he just poof like that... eh, I must be seeing things" she thought.

She then got up and walked home, she went to her room, sat at her desk and started writing in her diary:

Dear Diary, today was a bit off, it wasn't like any other day like it always is.. I was warned.. or told that my destiny would rise soon, but what does that mean?.. and.. who was that man?.

Amber soon closed her diary and went to bed, soon it was 2 AM and she was dreaming about the slim man, but what she saw was a tall, slim, pure white-skinned man in a black suit with tentacles sticking out his back, all he said was "Slenderman" that's when she woke up, sat straight up and looked around her room, she got up quickly and made sure her door was locked.

"His name is Slenderman.. what kind of sick name is that?!" Amber said in a scared and confused tone.

Soon she got the courage to back away from her door, then ran to her phone that was charging, she quickly got to Zoozle, she searched up; Slenderman. All that came up was a blank page, no info on him, no stories, pictures, nothing about him came up. At this point she was panicking, Amber put her phone down, ran to her door, unlocked it and ran downstairs and to the closet, she grabbed her coat, put on shoes and left the house. Amber ran to the forest, there, it was pitch black, tree branches looked like long, pointy hands, and the ground was wet. She ran through the forest and suddenly stopped because she stared at a tree with a carved sentence; the clock is ticking, not much time left. Amber didn't know what it meant, she just kept mumbling the sentence until she thought that it meant that she was going to die. Amber soon started panicking even more, soon she collapsed and passed out. Everything started glitching again, then it stopped as soon as Slenderman appeared in front of her and just stared at her, dawn had started to approach, Amber had woken up but when she awakened Slenderman was gone.

"Was.. I here all night?..." she said to herself

She had gotten up and walked back to her town, but when she got there, Amber saw a group of 5 masked men, they had burned her town down and had murdered every single person. Amber was trembling, but inside she was furious. With fight or flight instincts, she looked around and saw the Sweets shop's sign, it was a big lollipop with a pointy end of the lollipop...
