Half Dead :Lets reveal the truth

Aliza puts down the phone. She is very tired now. She is trying to write the starting of her new novel for almost 2 hours but still she is not able to write anything. This frustrates her. She wants to write an incredible starting but fails miserably perhaps because of her cat,coco who is constantly trying to snatch her pen. This never happened before ,she is a great novelist but right now she is feeling like a poor rat. She is kind of old fashioned ,a thing for which her friends always tease her. She first write her novels on paper then use any technical device. She thinks this inspires her.
Aliza(being totally exhausted):'Uff! now I don't know why Daniel is coming over here. He should have told me what he wants to tell on phone but no. Ugh! these boys.'
Aliza put her hands on her head and she sit down on her couch when someone puts a cup of coffee on the table. Aliza looks up only to find her friend.
Aliza(forgetting about her tension at a sudden):'Hey! Samuel what a pleasant surprise!'
Samuel:'Hey! ALi. How are you?'
Samuel is an old friend of Aliza. They completed their school together. After completing graduation he went to Dubai where he started his business of contract building.
Aliza(jokingly):'When did you came here in India,Sammy? So finally Dubai kicked you out hm.'
Samuel chuckles:'Your bad old school jokes! Well I came Mumbai for a business trip so I decided to go to Dehli as well so that I can visit you.'
Aliza:' You did the right thing I would have killed you if you left India without meeting me. But you should have informed me.'
Samuel(taunting): 'You are very old fashion. You didn't change.'
Aliza snapped back:'Nor did you.'
Samuel:'So why were you cursing the boys?'
Aliza chuckles:'Nothing just...ah forget it.By the way nice coffee though. I really needed it.'
Sammy:'Come on Ali. Don't hide from me. Let the cat out of the bag.'
Aliza:'Daniel is coming here. He is definitely not a problem but he called me and said it is important that we urgently meet.'
Sammy:'So that's why you are worried.'
Ali:'No ofcourse not. Actually I was...'
Someone knocked the door.
Ali:'Oh! I think it's Daniel'
Sammy:'Yeah sure.'
Aliza gets up from the couch ,suddenly she realise something .She turned towards Sammy.
Aliza(with eyes narrowed):'By the way ,why didn't you knock at the first place?'
Sammy chuckles:'I was wondering why didn't you scold me for this AT THE FIRST PLACE.You know me that it is not my habit. I don't like knocking and stuff.'
Aliza (rolling her eyes):'Yeah how could I forget almost every good thing is not in your habit. You are unbelievable sometimes.'
Sammy winkes at her.
Aliza waves her hand:'Ah...forget it'
Aliza opens the door.
Aliza:'Hi! Daniel.How are you?'
Daniel(impatiently):'Hello!Ali. I want to show you something.'
Aliza:'Ok ok. let's get in first.'
Daniel joined the school of Ali and Sammy when they were in 5th standard. Daniel became friend of Ali and Sammy and together they formed the most famous group of the school.Although Sammy and Danny fought a lot on little things but they were still FRIENDS (May be).Daniel always wanted to be a wrestler and so he is.
Daniel walks towards the couch wearing a charming smile but as soon as he see Sammy his smile fades.
Sammy give him a false smile.
Danny to Ali:'So he is here too!'
Sammy:'Hey! buddy.My friend's home is my home.By the way why are you here? Don't you know that how much tension you gave to Ali?'
Danny:'Shut up you!'
It doesn't take long when Aliza realises that the situation is getting tense.She needs to handle it anyways.
Aliza:'Hey ! Come on guys.Don't mess up in my house .Otherwise I will kick both of you out of my house.'
Daniel:'It's not me Ali. He always mock at me. That's why I don't like him.Tell him not to mock at me.'
Sammy( disbelievingly):'Oh man you are the one who started arguing.I was sitting quietly even though I knew that I am going to face an idiot like you. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION!!!'
Danny:'I am not an idiot you are the one...'
Aliza interrupted:'Stop it Danny.Stop both of you .Pls stop arguing.'(She said raising her voice,warning both of them)
Sammy and Danny glare at each other one last time.Both of them knew very well that they can't stretch the argument when Ali prohibited it.They knew she can be as bad as hell when she is infuriated.
Aliza ( calmer than before):'So Danny what is the important thing that you were talking about?'
Daniel:'Yeah it is very important(he said confidently). You will not regret that you waste your PRECIOUS time over this.'
Aliza (rolling her eyes):' Now let the cat out of the bag.'
Daniel opens a box that he brought and a white beautiful kitten jumps from it.
Aliza and Sammy:'Wooh,woah'
Daniel grabs the kitten and shows it to Aliza.
Sammy:'Dude when Aliza told you LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG I didn't knew you will take it that much seriously.'(he said mockingly like always)
Danny:'Don't you start mocking me again.'
Sammy(laughingly):'Idiot. In which world this is an important thing(pointing at the kitten).You only wasted the time of Aliza.You always bothers her.Right Ali?'
He looks at Aliza and stop laughing.She is looking concern. Damn she is serious.What is in this kitten?
Aliza finally speaks after a long silence of 1or 2 minutes:'Danny is not bothrering me something else doing.'
Sammy:'Now you are worrying me too.'
Aliza (worringly):It's frustrating.Why in the entire world this is happening with me?'
Sammy:'Aliza pls tell me what happened?'
Aliza:'From past 2 or 3 weeks all of my...my...ugh...'
Aliza starts to groan in pain.
Danny :'Aliza are you ok?'
Aliza(shakingly) puts her hands on her head :'It is unusual and bothering.'
Sammy:'What in the world is happening pls someone explain.'(He is very tense)
Danny goes towards Aliza who is still shaking and groaning.
Aliza:'IT IS UNUSUAL AND BOTHERING!!!'

What happens with Aliza suddenly?what is the mystery behind the kitten?what is this UNUSUAL And BOTHERING thing Aliza was talking about?
