Meredith felt sick to her stomach as she stared at him. He looked up, caught her gaze and Meredith ran out of the room and into the closet stairwell door where sat down on a step and gazed outside, into the parking lot.

Why did life have to be so visicious?

Derek raced out of the room, desperate to chase after her. He ran into the stairwell and leaned agaisnt the opposite wall, facing her. "We should pretend it never happened."

"What never happened? You sleeping with me? You kicking me out in the morning? Both happened and both are fond memories I'd like to keep." He said smartly.

"No! There will be no more memories. I'm not the girl in the bar anymore and you're not the guy. This can't exist! You're my boss! You get that right?" Meredith said, frustrated.

"You took advantage of me and You want to forget about it?" He said cockily. "I did not!" Meredith said angrily.

"I was drunk, vunlerable and good-looking. You took advanatge of me." He said again, walking closer to Meredith.

"Firstly, I was the one who was drunk and Secondly, You are not that good-looking." Meredith answered.

Derek stared at Meredith.

"Stop looking at me like that!" Meredith said loudly.

"Looking at you like what?" Derek asked, smirking.

"Like you see me naked! Me, You, Us, CAN'T HAPPEN! Why don't you see that?" She said, throwing her hands up in frustration.

Derek said, smiling "Why? Like I said yesterday, You have to know me to love me."

Meredith sighed, shook her head and said "I'm done with this. Good Day Dr.Shepherd."

Derek stared at Meredith walking out. Different thoughts crossed his mind, one of the many being "She's still the girl in a bar to me."
