Adalee didn't bother knocking as she entered the Lockwood Manor House "Tyler" she shouted loudly "is he home" she added looking to kol who paused "I hear shuffling upstairs" he replied she ran to the steps sprinting up them "Tyler" she yelled again "adalee" he yelled back speeding so he was in front of her he lifted his hand to lightly stroke her cheek "is it really you" he asked tears welling in his eyes "it's me" she whispered wrapping her arms around his chest "how" he whispered as he cradled her in his arms "it doesn't matter" she replied "I thought I'd never see you again" he chuckled in relief "matty will want to see you" he added kol was stood awkwardly behind them he didn't know what to say to the eldest Lockwood there last interaction hadn't gone well

Tyler let go of his sister walking towards kol "it's nice to see you buddy" he added shaking the youngest mikaelsons hand kol smiled "where can we find Matt then" kol asked "the Sheriffs station" Tyler replied "come on" he urged the two followed him to the station walking in she smiled when she saw him sat at a desk reading some file she walked to his desk "sheriff Donovan" she called Matt paused he knew that voice he looked quickly "ads" he smiled walking round his desk to embrace her in his arms "your alive" he added "last time I checked" she chuckled looking among the three boys she adored "I can't believe I'm here with you all" she smiled "I'm never letting you out of my sight again" Tyler replied wrapping his arm around her shoulder "Tyler" ads groaned "fine but I want a text every hour for the rest of your life" he laughed "Come on let's all go for a meal" he added

"I have work" Matt groaned "not anymore you don't come on let's go" Tyler ushered pushing him out of the door "I'll be back in an hour" Matt called his follow officers they got a seat in the mystic grill "this is nostalgic" ads muttered looking round nothing had changed in the last few years "Stefan, Caroline" she muttered when she saw him sat at the bar with Caroline she quickly got up out of her seat "stef, Caroline" she shouted embracing them both "adalee" Stefan smiled in confusion "last I heard you were dead" he added Caroline was still squealing "omg omg omg" she muttered "Caroline breathe" ads chuckled "join us for a meal" adalee asked the two "we're meeting Damon and elena" Stefan replied a frown fell upon adalee's face "oh" she muttered glancing back at kol he stood up walking behind her his hand sneaking around her waist his other shaking Stefans hand "maybe we should go eat somewhere else" adalee said "why, because Damon and elena are coming. We don't have to talk to them it will be fine" kol replied

"I don't think I can look at either with out feeling slightly murderous" she responded "they were your friends once and the past is the past" kol reasoned "they killed you" she replied sharply "all in the past" he argued "fine" she pouted she heard the door open she turned to see Damon and elena "kol, adalee" Damon called in confusion "guess who's not dead" kol said sarcastically "how are you both" elena asked the two looked at each other letting out a chuckle "good we guess" adalee replied "would you like to join us all for dinner" she added "are you going to poison our food" Damon asked elena slapped his chest scolding him "as long as you don't poison ours first" kol replied quickly ads slapped his chest "enough" she laughed everyone taking a seat talking and laughing like old times adalee didn't realise how much she had missed her friends they people she had grown up with who had played a part in shaping her into the woman she was today

"What's next for you two then" Caroline asked looking at adalee and kol "travelling, we're going to go everywhere. See everything" adalee smiled excitedly "come back and see us" Matt asked "as often as we can" adalee replied "I missed you guys" she added looking at each of them "even you Damon" she continued he laughed at her comment "missed you too little Lockwood" he smiled the group finished catching up heading home kol and ads walked with Tyler back to the Lockwood mansion "good night little sister" Tyler smiled kissing the top of adalee's head "nice to have you back" he added walking away kol and adalee went to bed "where to next" kol whispered as they lair facing each other "somewhere warm, with blue beaches and exotic palm trees" she replied

"Hawaii" he suggested "perfect" she smiled leaning forwards kissing him "I love you" he muttered pulling her Body in close to his "I love you too" she whispered
