LAN ZHAN'S POV

"WEI YING!!!" I shouted the moment he shrugged my hand off. I tried! I tried my best to grab him! I would never let him go!

But in the end, I couldn't hold on to him properly. I quickly turned around to see my brother. I smiled at him for the first time in a very long while.

"Thank you, Brother. Don't blame me for following Wei Ying" I mouthed to him and I saw concern in his widened eyes as he rushed towards me.

However, I immediately jumped down the cliff. Miraculously, I reached my Wei Ying in time. I grabbed him and hugged him tight.

He opened his eyes in shock, confusion and there was many other emotions after seeing me. But before anything happens, I kissed him. I had so many things to tell him and make him understand.

However, in the short time we have left, all I could do was kiss the lips I have wanted to since the first time I saw him. "I trust you" I said and gave him a smile.

He smiled his brightest smile and I smiled wider then kissed him again, before darkness hits me.

The next thing I knew, I felt my back being smacked, my mouth opened wide, my face totally wet, with probably a mix of tears and blood, and my limbs flailing around.

Then I head someone crying loudly beside me and noises all around me. Suddenly, a female loomed over me. With a weird looking hat and a weird looking clothing.

And pardon my rudeness but a weird looking face with a too strong smelling perfume.

She looked huge and there was this cloth like material she used to wipe me all over. I struggled, not wanting her touch.

I don't know why but I felt very tired. All I could think was Wei Ying as I fell asleep. And the next time I woke up, I was in another woman's embrace.

She smiled seeing me awake and excitedly said "Hubby, our child is awake!" A man then loomed over me.

Child? I'm a kid? Baby? Could it be... I'm reborn with a new life? Wei Ying! Where's Wei Ying?

Why am I talking like that? It sounds all gibberish. The man and woman then took turns and started poking my cheeks.

I looked away with a frown to see a baby in front of me. Wei Ying? Is that how Wei Ying looks like as a baby?

"Wang Zhan" The man said and the female looked at him "Why such a name?" The man shrugged "I suddenly felt this name and look, he likes it"

Yea, I put on a smile. I want the name Zhan, so if ever I meet my Wei Ying, hopefully he will recognise me. Besides, Wang sounds a little like Lan.

"Wang Yibo" The man said again and pat the head of the baby beside me. Ahhh, this baby must be my brother. I wonder if I'm older or younger.

That makes me remember about brother. He was the one supporting me, helping me and understanding me. He loved me and tried his best to replace our parents.

He did so much for me, but I'm sorry to say I don't regret following Wei Ying. I know if I didn't do what I did, kissing him, telling him I trust him and seeing his smile, then I will truly regret it.

16 years passed. There are no spiritual energies here. But I've built my body and strength and learned some martial arts.

I closed my book. I keep a diary because I've seen some television shows and they lose their memories so easily. And I never want to forget Wei Ying.

I looked up as the teacher walked in and my jaw dropped. "Good morning everybody, we have a new student here"

Wei Ying...

I watch as Wei Ying entered the classroom. My cute innocent bunny. Wei Ying smiled and introduced himself "Hi, I am Xiao Zhan, please take care of me"
