Down under the Water is the Water Kingdom, also known as Nautis.
The kingdom is settled under the sea amongst the corals and the reefs , explained in myths and legends about how the kingdom known as Notis soon sunk underwater from the weight of the buildings. The kingdom's new name came from the idea that it was now nautical and not in the dark and cold.
The kingdom has many buildings and architecture that is waterproof to help supply the Nautisan people to do their daily activities as well as providing them with the best of what to offer.
The only way to access Nautis is from submerging and swimming or using submarines or anything of the sort. This is because the submerged kingdom is hard to access without these modes of transport.Nautis is associated with the water element and this can be seen through their powers.
The powers commonly associated with Nautis are:
Water manipulation / Hydrokinesis
Ice manipulation / Cryokinesis (from the heritage of Notis)
Aquatic Breathing

Aquatic AdaptionAlthough if you aren't Nautisan blood born but want to live here you can help to develop the breathing required to stay underwater.
The type of people in Nautisan consists of many ways of life but most are related to the water such as fisher people, merchants and transportation.
