"I can't believe you have detention after school," Tina tried to say without laughing.
Tina was my best friend and I think she talks way too loud sometimes.
"Sshhhh!" I said. "Do you want everyone in the cafeteria to know i have detention after school?"
She did not say anything and started to eat her lunch. And I ate mine too. We did not have anything else to say to each other so when lunch time was other we parted and went in our respective classroom.
The rest of the day went rather smoothly and I was so impatient to go home but that's when I realise that I have to stay at school with Noah while everyone else was going back home.
I was in the classroom with Noah. Yeah. Just the two of us. The teacher that had to supervise us locked us in the classroom and will come back to unlock us at 4 p.m .
Mrs. Audrey left some works for us to do but neither Noah not myself was in the mood to do it.
Something I forgot to mention was that I was gay and being alone with a cute guy like Noah made me wanna shriek. But as no one in school knew I was gay, I had to act normally.
I could not stop staring at his face. He was so handsome.
When he seemed to have notice that I was staring, he laughed and asked why I was staring that much.
It was so hard for me to breath as he had such a beautiful smile. I wanted to say something but I did not want to tell him that I thought he was handsome. Wouldn't it sound weird coming from a guy?
"Neil, are you okay?" Noah suddenly asked me.
"Um...Yeah," I replied.
He was looking at me so intently that i did not know what to do.
"Sorry," he then said.
At first I did not really understand why he was apologizing but then he said that he did not mean to get me into trouble because of him. I said that it did not matter but he did not want to listen.
"Are you free after this detention?" He asked.
"Uh...yeah.Why?" I asked.
"I'm taking you somewhere,"
