We were almost to the camp. That's when it happened. Felix dropped from the sky with a man and a woman. I didn't know who they were until they stood up. Hook and Scarlette. I pulled Peter back into the woods. "Did you tell Felix to bring them?" I asked. "No. He brought them on his own!" We went back and forth talking about this whole conversation for like 20 minutes straight. Not to mention the fact that I was wearing my black cut out crop top, a pair of ripped shorts, and my black lace up booties and I think Hook was staring.
"HEY! Stare at me!" Scarlette said, smacking the back of his head. I looked at her and hid my eyes behind my hand. "She can't see my eyes otherwise they both are gonna end up with knives in their chests." I said, looking back at Peter. "Look I know how this may look but I can fix it." "How do you know?"I snapped back. "Because Peter Pan never fails." He said. He turned and took a few steps toward the little group of three. I face away from them so I didn't have to shield my eyes. They sort of have this controlling thing where if you look at them, I can make you do whatever I want. Peter has gotten used to it and found a way around it. The other boys don't even look at me.
Peter turned and walked back to me. "Your turn, love." He said pointing. "Should I use my eyes and the voice?" He nodded. "Well go on. Do the thingy." I told him. He nodded. I turned around but kept my head down.
"That's it? You're gonna stick your girlfriend d on me? I thought you'd be more than that." Hook said. Peter said nothing. "You wanna know why... I keep my head down? I've got a gift... that no one... not even the great Captain Hook can beat." I said in low voice. "Hook what is she talking about?" Scarlette asked. I still had my head down. I snapped and my cloak appeared with my hood on. I continued walking forward slowly. "My name... is Cole Elizabeth White. And I am..... the Puppet Master." I said. I saw Scarlette take a step back. "She's real? I always thought she was a myth." She whispered to Hook. "Of course I'm real. I'm based off of your worst fears. Losing someone you love. And being controlled by someone else."
"Grab him." I said to her. "NO!" She snapped at me. "No? Oh, I get it." I turned and looked at Peter. "I'm not doing it right." I took of my hood and stared straight in her eyes. "Now grab him. "Y..y..Yes, Master." She said, keeping her eyes locked on mine. "Felix, back to Storybrooke. I don't want t see them until I need them." "Wait." Peter said. "What?" I asked. "I need to tell old Hook a story." He said. "Fine. Release Hook and start walking." I said. Scarlette turned and started walking the other way.
I turned and looked at Peter. "Is about that time they kissed?" I asked. He nodded and walked around me to face Hook. "You think she loves you? You think that kiss meant something." He asked. "Oh I know she loves me." Hook said. "No. That kiss didn't mean anything. I'll show you a kiss." Peter pulled me to him and kissed me roughly. He pulled away. "You bit my lip." I whispered. "I know." He winked and let me go. "Are you two done with your public displays of affection?" Hook asked sarcastically. "I will end your head." I said. "Calm down. He's an empty threat." Peter said. "Now go on. We'll get you when we need you."
