Alex in Wonderland

Ch.1 The party

My version of 'Alice in Wonderland' with Ever AFter High characters, although I change some of their names and I choose the actors to play them.

 "Then what hapened?" ten year old Alexander asked his mother as he lied in his bed.

"Well, I opened the door and I found that I was in the beautiful garden I saw through the tiny door when I was in the room with many doors".

"So you finally made it" Alex smiled.

"Yes. Well it's getting late, time for bed".

Alex groaned as his mother tucked him in his bed,he gazed at her necklace with a heart pendant that had the word 'Imagine" carved into it.

"Don't worry" his mother said "I'll tell you the rest tomorrow" she then kissed his forhead, said good night, and left his room.

Alex laid in his bed and looked up at the ceiling.

"I wish I can go to Wonderland" he thought "But how?"

But a year later, Alex's mother suddenly vanishes without a trace when they went on a picnic and she never came out of the woods. Many asume she was dead, but Alex believed she was still alive. He and others searched for her, but they could never find her.

                                                                (12 years later)

When Alex grew up, his mother still hasn't returned, and he stopped believing in her stories. He now lives with his aunt and cousin Nancy.

 So one day, it was Alex's cousin's birthday. and they decided to throw a party in their backyard which was a meadow near the woods. Everyone was dressed in their party clothes, except Alex who wasn't dressed all fancy, just a light blue button shirt, black slacks, and black dress shoes.

"Alex" his aunt said as they walked towards the meadow "Why aren't you dressed propperlly? This is a party".

"You know I don't like getting dress up" Alex said "I perfer to dress comfortable".

"Well sometimes you have to dress fancy for an important event".

"Alex" his Nancy went up to him dressed in her birthday dress "Come on" she smiled as she grabbed his wrist "I want you to meet some people" she said as she pulled him into the rose garden.

"That's odd" Nancy said as she looked at the roses "I told the gardeners to plant red roses but they planted white ones".

"You can always paint the roses red" Alex suggested.

"What an odd idea you have".

"I think of alot of wierd things" he said as Nancy continued to pull him along intill they were in front of a group of people.

"Hey Alex" one of the adults said to him.

"Hi uncle Ben" Alex said.

"Alex, these are our new neighbors" she pointed to a family "They just moved in last week".

"Hello" the man said as he shook Alex's hand "I'm James, this my wife Melissa, and my son Oliver" he pointed to a boy about sixteen years old, he just waved shyly, "My daughter Amy" he pointed to a girl about eighteen years old.

"Hi" she smiled.

"And this is my mother Ingrid" he pointed to an old women who was sleeping on a chair.

"Ingrid" Melissa shook the women.

"What! I'm trying to sleep" the women groaned.

"Can you just say hi to Nancy's cousin?" Melissa asked.

"Hi young man" Ingrid said to Alex and fell back asleep.

"Yeah she sleeps alot" Amy said.

"Well it's nice to meet you Alex" James said.

"You too" Alex said and Nancy pulled him away from the family and back into the garden maze.

"Yeah, Ingrid isn't so interesting" Nancy said "But their kids seem nice, Oliver's a little shy, but Amy seems cool".

"You're not trying to set me up with her are you?" Alex asked.

"May be" she shrugged as she gave a small grin.

"Nancy" Alex moaned.

"Well she seems like she can be a good wife to you".

"Nancy, I'm not sure if I want to get married yet, I want to marry the girl I know I'll love and she'll love me for who I am, but I haven't found one yet".

"That's because you're too shy around girls, you have to open up".

"I don't think they'll like me cause I'm filled with wierd imagination like a kid".

"Alex, I'm sure you're gonna find a girl who'll love you for who you are and she'll love that you have an active imagination. You just have to wait".

They then heard someone call Nancy's name.

"I have to go" she said as she left Alex alone in the garden maze. He looked at a white rose but he noticed that it had some red spots on it.

"That an odd looking rose" he said as he picked the rose being careful not to touch the thorns, and gazed at the red spots. It looked like someone had painted it but didn't get finish. He touched the red spots and found that it was still wet. He then slid his hand on the stem when he acciedentlly pricked his finger on a thorn. He watch his blood dripped down his finger and onto the grass.

"Great" he said with sarcasm as he wiped his finger on the rose making it look more redder.

"Well Nancy said she wanted red roses" he said "And now she has one, a messy one though" he then placed the rose down on the bush and sucked the blood off his finger when he notice something moving in the bushes. He went closer to the bushes and something moved in the bushes again. He stepped closer and saw something run out of the bush and around the maze, he didn't really see what it was, but he saw that it was white. He went around the maze and saw the white creature at the end of the maze. He relized that it was a white rabbit who was wearing a pleated checkered dress and a blue blazor.

"What a strange rabbit" he thought as he watched the rabbit took out it's pocket watch, checked the time, and ran off. Alex followed the rabbit into the woods. When the rabbit stopped, he hid behind the tree and watched as the rabbit transformed into a girl! She was wearing the same clothes but she now had on white stockings. black dress shoes, and she had rabbit ears. She turned around and saw Alex behind the tree. He wanted to run, but he held back. The rabbit girl didn't run, instead she showed him the time on her pocket watch and started to run off with Alex chasing her. He continued to follow her when she suddenly turned into her rabbit form, looked to make sure Alex was following her, and she went into a large rabbit hole in a tree. Alex bent down near the hole and looked down, oly to see darkness.

"Hello?" he called "Miss rabbit girl".

The next thing he knew, his hands slipped and he fell into the rabbit hole.
