Chapter Twenty Eight - The Last Spirit Pearl

Luckily, Arthit and Tine arrived on time and rescued students who fell from the building or Kong would be charged with murder crimes. The other two students also returned home safely and none of them remembered about what happened on the rooftop. One of them said that last thing he remembered was they're chasing a cat to the rooftop and heard the sound of bell.

Arthit took Tine to the cave of the Earth Dragon where he used to meditate while healing the wound.

Meanwhile, Sarawat tried to track Kong's phone GPS from website in his dorm.

"I found Kong's phone last location, I guess, maybe they were hiding in the forest..." Sarawat sent the coordinat to Arthit.

"You mean the ruin temple?"

"Yeah, that is the perfect place to hiding and kept the hostage, besides the big cat will got into the trouble if it to be found roaming around the city, isn't it?"

Arthit thought for a moment and agree, but he doesn't sure.

"I'll go check it..."

"Wait!" he called before Arthit cut off the line. "Let's think some of plan first!"

"We running out of time! Tine can't wait too long!!!"

"I know, but if we straightly confront them, maybe they had prepared a trap for us, and probably we won't able to get the pearl or save Kong...."

"So, what is your plan?!" Arthit sounded impatient.

"Er..." Sarawat thinks for a moment. "What if we tried to lure her using the pearl and exchanged for Kong with it..."

"What?!! Hell no!!!"

"Anyway, you also can't use the power of pearls, right? Then, just give it to her first, we'll get it back later..."

"Why do you sound like persuading me to hand out the pearls?" Arthit asked suspiciously.

Sarawat lose his words, he let out a long sigh and replied. "Honestly, I indeed thought of that before this, since I can't send you back to prison..."

"What did you mean?!" exclaimed Arthit in disbelief. "So you planned to purposely let Kong to be kidnapped to force me hand out the pearls?!!"

"I don't! But, I guess that was her plan first...and I fell for it..."

"I don't get it..." Arthit confused. "So why did you propose to go with her plan?"

"That's the tactic, to let the enemy off guard..." answered Sarawat. "Tine ever told me that to defeat your enemy, sometime you need to follow their plan and destroy it in the middle..."

"You have no idea how powerful the pearls are, we definitely won't win against her if she managed to get all the pearls...plus she has the Nuwa stone..."

"No matter how powerful the pearls is, it can't overpower the mirror..." said Sarawat and added. "Besides, Nuwa stone needs time to neutralize energy before you can use another pearl's power...meaning that she can only use one type of energy at a time..."

Arthit considered for a while before agree with Sarawat's plan. "Alright, tell me your plan!"

As planned, after confirming the location of the enemy Arthit went to the temple alone and entered the trap. He could see Kong tied to a pillar in front of him, next to the man there was a cat demon and around them were guarded by dozens of mice demons hiding in every corner of the room, pointing bows at Arthit.
