CHAPTER 20 - Invitation

Maze's POV

Yippee!

I'm finally free!

"Maze" MK called me. Tapos na kasi yung classes ko kaya I'm celebrating. I can finally go home!

"Yes, MK?" naalala ko yung nangyari sa'kin sa performance niya. I want to talk to him about last time pero I don't know how. I guess this is not the right time for that.

"Uhm, wala ka na bang klase?" MK asked

"Mmmm. No na. Why ba?"

"Gusto sana kitang yayain kumain sa labas. Kung pwede?" MK shyly asked.

"Hmmmmm. Where are you planning to bring me?"

"Sa Burger House" nahihiyang sagot ni MK. Ow, how cute. Ganito pala mahiya ang isang makulit na MK.

"Sure. I want to explore din naman. I want to try different foods"

"Talaga?!" exited na sabi ni MK.

"Yeah. I'm super duper excited na. When are we going there?" I exitedly asked. MK laughed at my silliness.

"Mmmmm" MK na nag-isip pa. "How about now?"

"So, let's go?"

Ginulo niya ang hair ko. C'mon dude! "Tara"

I texted Jiyo, Lui, and Skie na I'm with MK. I told my cousins na hindi ako sasabay sa kanila. MK's here to hatid me naman.

When we're on the way to the parking lot, we met Kian.

"Maze!" Kian called. He smiled at me kaya I smiled back at him. He's my tropa mate na din naman. "MK? Magkasama kayo?" Kian asked with his brows furrowed when he saw MK. What's with him? Why do I feel like he's surrounded by a dark aura? Is he annoyed or something?

"Oo. Problem?" MK smirked.

"Saan kayo pupunta?" Kian asked me seriously, but there's a bit of madness in his tone.

"MK invited me to accompany him doon sa Burger House"

"Anong gagawin niyo dun?" Kian seriously asked. Si MK, naka-smirk pa rin. What's with these two?

"Wala ka na dun" MK

"Excuse me both of you" the two of them looked at me. "Nag-aaway ba kayo?"

"Hindi" sabay nilang sabi. Owww, why do I ship the two of them?

"So sweet! Sabay pa talaga kayong sumagot" I teased them. They just looked at each other then back to me. They are so serious and it's scary. "Joke" I laughed at them. Well, it's actually a nervous laugh. "Okay then. Let's go MK?" MK just nodded as a response. I waved goodbye muna to Kian before walking away.

Nandito na kami sa parking lot.

I'm about to enter MK's car when someone pulled me. The heck dude! Who is this echoserong frog?!

"Kia—hey!" I'm about to sit doon sa chair na katabi ng driver's seat. But Mister Kian here pulled me para paupuin doon sa backseat. Grabe noh? He has no manners! Pwede naman siya nalang yung umupo sa backseat if he really wants to go with us. Why hila me pa?! "What are you doing here?"

"Stay seated and relaxed milady 'cause I'm coming with you" Kian said to me with a smirk.

"Sinong nagsabing invited ka?" MK said while nakakunot ang noo.

"Wala. May sinabi palang kailangan ng invitation?" Kian said while smirking. Wala na kaming nagawa. Edi Kian's with us na. Tss.

So we're here na sa Burger House. Nagpapark pa ng sasakyan si MK kaya we're waiting for him dito sa may entrance.
