A/N: As early as now, you guys will have to know the beginning of EVERYTHING. There I'll put some flashbacks at the start of a chapter.
Flashback: 7 Months before JaeMi's birth.
"Mom, where's dad?" Five year-old JaeBum asked.
"I'm sorry son. But he can't be with us anymore."
"What?!"
"Your father did everything to save us. The war is done and we won! We won because of him! He sacrificed for us, JaeBum. You should be thankful."
Then JaeBum had already gotten over his father's death until his mother got married to a wealthy man after 7 months since the war. It didn't matter to the husband that his wife is a vampire because he loved her so much. When JaeBum's mother gave birth to JaeMi, the father wasn't as pleased as his wife expected him to be. Instead, he was angry to have a child that is a half immortal. He was expecting to have a child to be a pure immortal for some unknown reason. Even though JaeMi isn't part of the Lim family, her mother doesn't want to reveal that she had an another husband for she promised to her first husband's family that she wont marry another man. No matter if he will die.
Lim JaeMi
Time check: 6:00
Oh crap! I've ben here for so long! I rapidly went to the bathroom and changed into my HBA black and white sweater and some shorts. I went out of the bathroom and told them...
"Unnie, I have to go. My brother might be looking for me. He doesn't want be to be home beyond 6:20. Goodnight! See you tomorrow!"
"Annyeong!" So I went out of the practice room, running, and skated all the way home. I could catch a cab because it was too traffic. But good thing there were less people walking on the pavements. As I arrived at the neighborhood, I quickly went straight to the house then shut the door behind me. And I was welcomed with 5 pairs of eyes on me.
This is so embarrassing, I just wanna get the crap outta here...
"JaeMi why are you all covered in sweat?" JaeBum asked.
"I uhhh....."
"Working out, huh?" Yugyeom said as he turned his head towards my direction.
"You could say that. I'm just gonna take a bath in my room." I paced towards my room and quickly took a bath. Then I wore my white long sleeve top and shorts. Then I went out of my room and found Jinyoung-oppa. I ran to him and gave him a big hug.
"Oppa!"
"How's my baby nerd doing?"
"I'm doing fine, my abnormal whore." Then my mood changed from happy to something that made Jinyoung's eyes grew big.
"Jinyoung, you are so dead for calling her a nerd! Get'em, JaeMi!" Jackson cheered. Then Jinyoung ran to JaeBum's room and shut the door.
"Jackson, you are dead meat when we get back to the dorm!" He yelled.
Mark Tuan
So I just sat next to Youngjae and laugh at them for they were acting childish.
"JaeMi, could you leave us for a moment? You can go to your friend's house if you want." JB said as he gave a sweet simile to his little sister. Then Jr. went out of the room and ran towards my direction and hugged me like theres no tomorrow.
"Arasso. But I'll just stay up at the roof, like usual."
"But be careful."
"Ne, oppa!" Then she went on her way.
"I can see you really cared for her, huh? Well, that's a tough job." Youngjae smirked.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"I mean, its really tough for him to take care lots of stuff. Like, his popularity, his sister, and his immortal identity. But I know there's still more."
"Well, that's a tough act to follow." Yougyeom said.
"Wait! Speaking of immortal, what about JaeMi?" Jr. asked.
"She's the very first one in the family that isn't fully born with it. I was born with a pure vampire family. While she isn't. And she doesn't know about any of this 'till now. We have to wait for the right time."
"But there was something written in the book that a half mortal can have! I'm referring to a female, though." BamBam said
"What is it?" Jackson asked.
"It said that 'when a half mortal (female) turns 18 in a full moon, she will become a pure immortal for life!'"
"But how is that possible?" JB asked.
"Its possible because she has a sibling that is a pure vampire and was born with parents that are pure vampires as well. Just like you, JB-hyung. Your mother is a vampire. As so as you father. She's born by the same mother but her father is another man and just a human." BamBam replied.
"She doesn't even know her real name." ThenI heard JB mutter.
"It sound like the family history is required." Jackson said.
"Pretty much.- Jr.
"This is really unbelievable!"-Yugyeom.
"Anything else?" I asked.
"Yep. If the high-class knows about having a half mortal in the family, it may be the cause of the death of your parents."
"Or may be not."
"So what are we gonna do?" I asked.
"I'm gonna get JaeMi to bed." JB stood up and ran all the way to the rooftop.
Lim JaeMi
I was just sitting on the roof when I felt someone was walking behind me. I turned to it and it was just my brother.
"Oh, it you."
"You thought I was just a monster?" He said as he sat beside me.
"Something like that." I replied.
"Anyways, tuck yourself to bed-" and that was the last thing I heard.
Lim JaeBum
"Anyways, tuck yourself to bed-" then I heard snoring and felt a heavy weight on my right shoulder.
"Guess she's knocked out." Then I carried her bridal style and tucked her to bed. I turned off the lights then went straight to the living room where all of the boys were waiting.
"We'll have to talk about this tomorrow after class. Anyone have plans tomorrow?"
"Hunting."-Mark
"Meeting with the student body."-Jr.
"Pay some bills."-Youngjae
"Get my pasport."-Yugyeom
"I have to get the choreography confirmed for our debut."-Jackson
"All at the same time?"
"4:00"
"Okay. We'll meet at the school grounds at 10."
"Arasso."
"Then let's get some rest. We have school tomorrow."
"Hyung, can I have a sleep over? My parents are on a business trip and they allowed me to sleep at you house." Jr. said.
"Same here." BamBam and the rest said.
"Okay. But only two of you could sleep at my room. That'll be Mark and Jr. Since I can only trust them not to mess around. The rest are using the guest room."
