6. Dance Practice

Xueer's Pov

We started the dance practice for the upcoming competition for a month now, also Xu Jiaqi and her bandmates began rehearsing for their battle of the bands. Shuxin, Xiaotang, and me are always watching them jamming together when it's their rehearsal. Xu Jiaqi became very busy since she's the new vice president, also part of the Lucky 5 and the dance club. Jiaqi said to me that WuZhe's also busy and she didn't know anything about how her fiancé's doing, she just know that the girl was too busy to meet with Jiaqi.

I'm here at the practice room with the others, the Lucky 5 are complete and also my two bestfriends are here, they just want to watch us practice that's why all of them are here, but what I'm seeing right now is the room look like a chaos, I saw Keyin running around while Keni is chasing her, I look at my side to see Anqi and Linfan eating some noodles.

Anqi stopped from eating then look back at me, "You want?"

I just shake my head then look around again and saw daimeng and yuyan looking at each other but the two of them are in the both sides of the room, I just shrugged it off. Suddenly the music starts.

I look at those who's dancing, it's Jiaqi, Keran, Aurora, etc.

They're really good at dancing but I'm more focused on Jiaqi who's in the center. She can get your attention easily, her expressions and dancing skills will slay you. And I didn't even know that they're done performing, not until someone puts a cold bottle on my right cheeks.

"The hell Sun Rui?!"

She raised both of her hands, "Chill I was just waking you up."

"Idiot I'm awake can't you see?"

"Yes you are but you spaced out."

I became silent.

She sat on the floor beside me, then she look around first before talking to me, "Do you like Jiaqi?"

If I am drinking right now I will totally spit out the water from my mouth because of her sudden question, I look at my left side to see Anqi and Linfan are gone already. I sighed.

"Why are you asking me that question so sudden?"

She shrugged her shoulders, "Don't you know? I always saw you staring at Jiaqi and you should be thankful that I'm the only one who's observing you, I think?"

I look at her confused, "And why are you observing me?"

"Because you look obvious while staring at her every time she's doing something."

Okay she's right, I'm always staring at Jiaqi. Who wouldn't like to stare at her? She's perfect for me and I think I l- stop Xueer, what am I even thinking?

"You became silent, so that means you like her?"

My eyes widened.

"N-no I mean, why would you think that I like her?"

"Just based on my observation."

"You're joking right?" I said

"Xueer I'm serious when it comes to my friend's feelings. And I can say you're still in denial stage." She said then smirks

"I'm not in denial, I really don't like her." I said

"Trust me, what I said to you right now is going to happen in the future. Yes she's engaged, with our close friend, but I can tell that you will change that, I don't know how but I can feel it." She said then look at Jiaqi who's doing a solo dance.

What she said to me made my mind into a mess, really.

Do I like her? Well I don't know.
