I followed Yoongi down the hall while arranging my hair. We soon reached the door that led to the upstairs library. He turned around to look at me while placing his hand on the knob.
Yoongi: You look good. Don't stress too much about it.
Denise: A few ends are still tangled.
Yoongi: *a guilty smile spread across his face* Not my fault.
Denise: Sure.
Yoongi: Shall we?
Denise: *I looked him up and down and widened my eyes when I noticed the button of his pants forgotten open* Wait! *I quickly closed his pants and arranged them on his waist* Now.
Yoongi: *the smile didn't leave his face* Thanks! He opened the door after he stole a quick kiss and I was amazed to see that everybody except Namjoon was waiting patiently in the big space. The library was amazing. As you stepped in, an aisle led you straight to the middle part, where a round table was placed. The expensive marble on the floor was shining, mirroring your reflection. We walked to the table where everybody was gathered and as Yoongi went to talk to Taehyung and Jungkook, I approached Aria and Vale.
Denise: *I whispered* This place is amazing. *I looked around, thousands of books cramming the numerous shelves were making up the walls*
Aria: I know. It's so beautiful.
Vale: It's the biggest library I have ever seen.I nodded and looked around. People were chatting. The rest of the family was here too. Hoseok, Seokjin and Jimin. They were gathered in a small group, caught up in a discussion with Yoongi, Jungkook and Taehyung. I noticed that someone was approaching us and a sincere smile appeared on my face. Magnus. He smiled too and I noticed two other men walking behind him. I didn't recognize any of them. Magnus spread his arms open, ready to say something, but at the moment he opened his mouth, someone opened the door. We all turned our heads towards the wooden door. Magnus clicked his fingers and a ceremony song started resounding through the place.
Namjoon entered the library holding his chin up firmly. He was flanked by two maids who were holding the ends of the long cloak he was wearing. The cloak was made of velvet and its color matched with the night sky outside. A few details were sewn on it, with what seemed like golden thread. A hood was covering his face and he was holding a blue, egg-shaped box. He took small steps, matching his walk with the ups and downs of the orchestra music. Another maid came from behind, holding a basket filled with candles. The ceremony seemed so important and it sent chills down my spine as I looked at Vale and Aria, whose eyes were glued to the fancy dressed man and the three maids, looking like children seeing fireworks for the first time.
I moved my gaze back to the ceremonial scene and the striking beauty of the maids left me speechless. All three of them were dressed up the same. Dark gray colored, ankle-long dresses, with immaculate aprons made of lace placed over the skirts. The top part of the dresses was sewn accordingly around their small waists and robust chests, a deep neckline showing their nicely rounded breasts. Black necklaces made of velvet were tightly wrapped around their necks, contrasting with their skin. They looked healthy and it was odd to watch them walk behind Namjoon. I didn't see any maids around the house recently, but maybe I had too much on my plate to have time to look around. Whatsoever, the three women were visibly of a rare beauty. Their slow pace allowed me to visualize every single one of them. The one that was holding Namjoon's right part of the cloak was a tall woman with golden-brown skin and rich brown curly hair. Her beauty was breathtaking, accentuated by her golden eyes, her plump lips covered by a thin layer of brown lipstick and the few freckles sprinkled across her cheeks. Moving my gaze to the woman on the left, I let out a quiet sigh while admiring her perfectly shaped features. Her body had an hourglass shape and her pale wrists and ankles looked terribly fragile. She had long raven-black hair and sculptured brows above her night-dark eyes. I moved a bit to the side to be able to see the third woman who was walking behind Namjoon, holding a basket filled with white candles. The woman was shorter than the other two and had a porcelain triangular face, onyx eyes, and wavy red-gold hair reaching down her shoulders and back. Despite her thin arms, she was holding what seemed like a heavy basket firmly in place.
Everybody kept quiet, the ceremonial music flowing through our veins and swirling around us. Namjoon reached the table and the instrumental music faded away slowly as he placed the egg-shaped box in the middle of the table and took off the hood, to reveal his face. The maids arranged the long cloak on the marble floor and proceeded to distribute candles to everyone that was gathered in the library, except Aria, Vale and I. Three chairs were brought by the women and placed in the Southern, Western and Eastern parts of the round table.
