On the bed sat a lady in her mid twenties biting on her fingers while another lady in her early twenties was walking to and fro.
Both were nervous because their big sister has been gone for so long.
"Payal stop moving back and forth..... You are making me dizzy..... Am already nervous when you called me that Khushi has been gone since morning and it already 1:30 pm and she is not yet back. " Preeto who was sitting on the bed said in an annoyed voice.
She was home with her aunt when Payal called her and informed her Khushi had gone to see Arnav but hasn't returned.
Luckily Garima and Madhumati has been out since morning or else all hell will have broken loose.
"Preeto.....What if he hurts my jiji?...... Or worse..... What if he had my jiji killed..... He is a vicious man and am scared of him...... I can't live without her if anything happens to her..... And am positive babuji won't be able to stand it if something happens to Khushi. " Payal cried imagining the worse and Preeto stood up from the bed and hugged her.
"Shhhhhh...... Nothing will happen to Khushi..... She is a strong girl. " Preeto said and broke the hug and wiped her tears with her hand.
"Then why is jiji not picking up my calls. " Payal cried out in worry and so did Preeto who knew Khushi always keep her phone with her at all time.
Truth be told, she was also nervous for her best friend but didn't want to show it because Payal even though is a strong girl but is very vulnerable when it comes to matters concerning Khushi.
"Okay...... Come let's go to AR. " Preeto said and broke the hug.
They were about to leave when they heard commotion outside and rushed out.
They got out to see three brand new Bentley and gasped in shock when a hunk rushed out of one of the Bentley and opened the door and out came Khushi.
The neighbors started gossiping amongst each other and Khushi rushed to the porch only to meet Preeto and Payal in shock. Khushi smiled nervously at them and turn when she heard foot steps behind them.
"Khushi ma'am...... We are going to rent a house in the neighborhood..... And if you need anything please don't hesitate to call us..... The new phone we bought on our way here has my number on it already..... So please don't take an auto rickshaw if you have to go anywhere...... ASR will skin us alive if he finds out..... These cars are exclusively for you, so please call us when you need to go anywhere...... We will take our leave now." Raj said with a smile and turned to one of the guards. "Disperse these people from her now..... I don't want any disturbance here. " The guards nodded and sent everyone away.
Raj turned to Khushi and smiled and left. On his way to the car,Raj spotted a suspicious man and signalled two of the guards to follow him.
Khushi turned to see Preeto and Payal looking at her like explain yourself.
