The Arrivals

~ 3pm ~

Twilight's POV

I was sitting on my bed, waiting for everyone to arrive. I had set out 5 sleeping bags on the floor. I smiled as I heard a knock at the door. I jumped up and could just about see Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy through my window. Were they...holding hands? I opened the door and their hands pulled away. I rolled my eyes slightly and then welcomed them. "Hey guys!" I said as they walked in. "Hey Twily!" Rainbow said enthusiastically, sitting down on one of the sleeping bags. "Hello Twilight", Fluttershy said much quieter. She walked over to the sleeping bag closest to Dashie and then looked over to me. "D-do you mind me taking this one?" At first I thought she was asking Rainbow, but then realized she was asking me. I shook my head and she sat down. I sat on my own one and smiled at the other two. It was surprisingly awkward, but soon there was another knock. I opened the door and was greeted by Pinkie. "Hello Twilight!" She said, running through the door. I felt my heart speed up. I took a deep breath and turned back to the others. Pinkie was laying on her stomach on the sleeping bag closest to mine. I sat down and smiled nervously. "Heya Pinkie!" Rainbow said.

Rarity's POV

I knocked on AJ's door and Applebloom answered. She smirked and then called up to Applejack "Hey AJ, Rarity's here!" I felt myself blush, but let my hair fall in front of my face. Applejack soon came running down the stairs. She pushed Applebloom back and stepped outside. "Hello" I said, kissing Applejack on the cheek. She wrapped her arms around my waist and kissed me. As we pulled away I grabbed her hat and placed it on my head. I winked and posed. Applejack laughed and linked arms with me. As we approached Twilight's library we unlinked our arms, but I'd completely forgotten about the hat. Applejack knocked and I gave her one last kiss on the cheek before Twilight answered the door. "Hey gu-" she stopped and stared at me. I stared back at her with a confused expression. Applejack then nudged me and leaned closer "Rarity, the hat" she whispered. I gasped and flung the hat off of my head. Applejack caught it and put it back on. I laughed awkwardly "H-hello Twilight" I said nervously. "Hi" she said slowly, narrowing her eyes. Thankfully, Pinkie Pie ran over and jumped on Twilight's back. She struggled to stay standing, but I could see she was smiling. "Hi guys!" She said loudly.
