It was nice to be back in London, I turned on my accent that I spent years in perfecting. When Carter noticed my change in accent, he asked me why I changed. I simply told him that I loved to be a part of the culture. I watched as he took in his surroundings as we rode through the city. He looked tired and I frowned knowing that he probably didn’t sleep on the plane.

“Did you not sleep?” I asked in my British accent.

“No,” he replied giving me a puzzled look.

“Is there something wrong?” I asked.

“What’s with the accent?” he asked still giving me the puzzled look.

“It’s my British accent. Whenever I come across the pond I like to use my accent that I spent years in perfecting,” I explained and he nodded.

“Shall I join you?” he asked in his best British accent and I chuckled. “Is my accent that bad?”

“Yes,” Oliver answered and I laughed.

“Well sorry,” Carter said feigning hurt.

“Don’t worry Carter, not everyone is as awesome as me,” I said giving him a wink and he rolled his eyes.

“We’re here,” Oliver said stopping the car in front of the castle.

“Holy crap,” Carter muttered taking in the view.

“Let’s go they’ve been expecting us,” I said getting out of the car.

I breathed in the fresh air and stretched causing my shirt to rise past my belly button. Carter gave a wolf whistle and I blushed.

“Keep your pervy eyes to yourself,” I told him. He gave me a playful grin as I made my ascend to the castle doors. There were about ten steps and I would always take them two at a time. I knocked on the door using the secret knock that only the Royal Guards knew and the doors opened.

“Welcome back Rosa,” one of the guards said his name is Harry.

“Thank you Harry,” I said giving him a small smile. I turned back to see Carter and Oliver behind me. I took Carter’s hand and walked him through the corridor. There was a staircase to my right and I took it since it leads to the living quarters. I took him down the hallway, to the left, and into the first room on the right.

My room was left the same way I had it. I let Carter’s hand go, placed my hand upon the light switch, and flicked the lights on. I looked around my room taking it in once again. The walls were painted sky blue with clouds and my ceiling was painted navy blue with stars. All of my furniture was made my Lucas and Matthew. I had a matching wooden desk, dresser, bed and wardrobe that had the initials L&M on it. I had dark wooden floors and a built in bathroom since I was the only female on the floor and they didn’t think I should share a bathroom with a bunch of males.

“Is my room to your liking?” I asked Carter.

“Yes,” he replied somewhat entranced by the room’s beauty.

“Well you can get cleaned up in the bathroom,” I said gesturing to the bathroom that was right behind him.

“Okay,” he said turning his attention to me, I gave him a warm smile and left. I headed back downstairs and into the kitchen since I was a little hungry.

“Hello Love,” the chef said once I entered the kitchen.

“Hello William,” I said. “Is there anything that I could snack on?”

“Yes, I do have some fresh red apples handpicked this morning from the orchard,” he replied.

“That should do fine,” I said and he washed off an apple and tossed it to me. I took a bite into the apple and savored its sweetness.
