A few hours later I heard the doctors saying I had to get away from Cody because he was getting 10x worse and they didn't want me to see him like this. They said they were going to try to do more operations to see if things would get better.
They dragged me away from Cody but I refused. I screamed, punched, and kicked. I wanted to be by his side forever, until he was to die, but they wouldn't let me.
I screamed "I LOVE YOU CODY! GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN!"
He screamed back. "I LOVE YOU TOO CARLY, ILL MISS YOU"
The next thing I new I was dragged back into the waiting area. I didn't know what was going on. I waited there for hours and hours, crying and crying for what seemed like forever.
That's when something I never thought would happen happened. Cody ran out into the waiting room crying and crying he hugged me tightly, almost so hard I couldn't breath. But I didn't care because I missed him.
I then asked "What happened?!"
He told me "They did an operation and I got better! The cancer went away! I'm going to live!"
I cried tears of joy and hugged Cody tighter than ever, I was so happy he was going to be okay.
