Hey guys!!! Thanks for still reading! As I promised in the last chapter, this will be at least 500 words. This chapter will end on a cliffhanger. Read at your own risk. Also, for those of you  who haven't read Wings of Fire, Legends: Dragonslayer, you should. This book contains spoilers as it is the SECOND. The first is the actual book.

Undauntable looked out the window. Was that bush in the forest MOVING? It couldn't be! But, yes it was, and the person he least wanted to see was here. Wren. His heart sank into the tips of his toes as she sat down on the ground, waiting, for him. And the thing was, he HAD to face her. If he didn't, his father would stab her when he found out who she was.

Wren

Wren looked around, and then sat down. She knew that Undauntable would see her. And there he was. Swinging down the cliff side in a new person basket. Their eyes met. He looked almost scared! She decided that it was because of the fact that she had said no to marrying him the last time she was here. But as he walked closer, he started glancing around, like he was expecting soldiers to burst out of the bushes and arrest her. Of course, with irony, that was the exact moment that soldiers burst from the bushes. And grabbed her. Undauntable said, "Please don't hate me. It wasn't my idea." The soldiers dragged her along to the cliff, shoving her in the person basket that Undauntable had just come down in. The basket started to move up. And up Wren went, seeing Undauntable grow smaller, and smaller, and smaller. She decided to grant his request, unless proven that it WAS his idea, and he was to blame. But until then, she wouldn't hate him. Yet.

He slowly walked to the new person basket. He didn't want to go down, but he had too. Wren was waiting for him. He could see her. Waiting. As he went down, he saw that she saw him. Their eyes locked together. He couldn't look away. She was so beautiful. He didn't want to hurt her. To have her not trust anyone ever again. To scar her. That was the worst outcome, but it was a definite possibility. He hoped it wasn't though. When he got down, she got up. Just then, 15 soldiers burst out of the bushes to the left of them. They grabbed Wren, and dragged along the ground until they got to the basket he had just come down in. She looked so sad. He grabbed her hand. he the said that it wasn't his idea, and he hoped that she didn't hate him forever. As she got in the basket she said, "I'll not hate you as long as this is proven to not be your idea so that I have to marry you." As she flew up, he  whispered. "I'll get you out of there. I promise."

Leaf

"Shes been gone for three days!! How can you say that is NOT serious????" Leaf was very worried for his baby sister. Ivy was trying to calm him down. It wasn't working though. HE wanted to go to the IC right then. But, as Ivy pointed out, they didn't have horses, or dragons, for that matter. The trip to the IC that Wren made was supposed to last a day. Plus, they didn't know what was waiting for them there. There could be soldiers there that they couldn't get around. Or less likely, Sky had gotten lost and gone to the other side of Pyrria. But Leaf didn't want to take that chance. Ivy was right. They need to plan. And Leaf had one.

Leaf was pacing. She was calming him down, but it wasn't really working. she had said multiple times saying that they couldn't go, as they didn't know what was waiting for them. She was worried about Wren, but not as much as Leaf. But Leaf suddenly stopped. "I have a plan." he said. It was a good plan, but starting it was hard. It meant finding someone who Wren refused to tell them about, and they had only heard about him through Sky. And his name was Murderbasket.
