First quirk is animal manipulation she can have any skill or feature an animal has but she must know what it is and how it works before she can do it. Drawbacks of quirk she gets a really bad migraine.
Second quirk is she can pause time but it only works for as long as she can keep her eyes open kinda like aizawa's quirk she also has the same drawback as him and gets dry eye.
Third quirk is paralyze she can paralyze here enemy for up to 15 minutes drawback is she will become paralyzed for up to 10 minutes.
Forth quirk is she can multiple the elements pretty self explanatory her draw back is she will get light headed and if she uses for more then 3 hours she will be in a coma for 3 days.

Personality: she hates being crowded by the press if she cares about you and trust you she'll tell you anything but break that trust and well to put it simply your dead.
