Carter comes back with a huge bowl of popcorn.
He sets it on the side table beside my bed and jumps on me. I push him off the bed and laugh.
He sits up against the bed post beside me. Just like old times. We eat all the popcorn in a matter of a half hour. After one movie we watched another, after than one another. It was around 6:00pm now so we decided to get up and order some pizza.
They delivered the pizza and we ate it and returned to Netflix in my room again.
Half way through "honey 2" my back hurts so I lay down. Carter slips down beside me .
"What? Can't a guy lay beside a beautiful girl" he asks looking at me
"Don't say that. Just tell the truth." I claim
He lifts up my chin, looking in my eyes with me looking in his.....
"You are beautiful Kay. The cutest girl I've ever seen"
I can't help but crack a smile. It's the first time the whole day that I've thought of Matt. Carters made him get off my
Mind today.
"Thank you" I say looking up at him
"No, thank you for giving me such an amazing person to look at today" he smiles
"No, no...thank you for helping me move on."
His smile widens and he kisses my forehead.
"Anytime kaylee. "
I wake up and stretch. I start remembering yesterday and turn on my other side to see if carter was still there. He isn't have left after I feel asleep. I get up, shower, do my hair, throw on an outfit and walk into the kitchen.
Cater walks in and sits down beside me.
"They all went out again I guess" he laughs
"Yeah I figured when no one was out here, I'm starting to think they want us here alone" we both laugh at my comment
