-Hey, guys. Wake up- Maya spoke loudly at the foot of the bed- I know you went to sleep late but it is almost 4 PM. 

 -Just five more five minutes mom- Bailey said, squeezing Joalin even more in his arms, the blonde grunted slowly opening her eyes 

-Come on Bailey, let go of the girl- the youngest made her brother wake up scared, undoing the hug and sitting down- I'm not your mother, mate. 

-I thought I was dreaming - he released her, making the newly awake blush. 

 -We already had lunch but you can have breakfast. I thought they're dead, so I came to wake them both up- she said playfully. 

 Joalin stretched trying to keep his eyes open. 

 -I need a shower 

 -Mom told you to go downstairs to eat and help her with something in the kitchen, then you take a shower. 

 -Okay - the blonde jumped out of bed to wash her face and brush her teeth before going down. She waited for Bailey to do the same and downstairs they found the older May's. 

 -Good morning kids- Matt smiled while doing the dishes.

-You slept a lot- Vanessa smiled stirring a pot on the stove. 

 -Good morning- they answer. Maya stopped beside her mother to help while Bailey took some things from the fridge. 

 Meanwhile, the setting was taken for a lively conversation by the women and then everyone came together to help with dinner preparations. 

 -We can get ready- Vanessa celebrated with her arms up, the night had already fallen but finally they ended. 

 -I need to say something - the Filipino announced as soon as the two entered the room 

-You can talk- she said turning the suitcase 

 -Not now 

 -Really Bay? I hate this suspense 

 -At the time of the turn of the year- she rolled her eyes 

 -I'm going to take a shower- get your things and sleep in the bathroom. 

She wanted to impress, she didn't know who or why, she just wanted to. She wore white jeans and a black long-sleeved cropped top with black boots with thick heels. She made waves in her hair and put on makeup. 

Bailey seemed to have the same intention, spent almost an hour in the bathroom after the blonde who had been waiting while talking to her family on her cell phone. 

The dinner was lively and without a doubt everyone ate a lot, they laughed and talked so much that they didn't even see the hour pass. Although Joalin was sitting next to Bailey, she ended up talking more with Vanessa and Maya, which was very good, now she finally felt intimate with both of them.  

-Shall we go up to see the fireworks?- Matt spoke up, about 10 minutes to go. 

Bailey went to the coat rack near the living room door and took two of his own, one for him and one for the Finn. 

-Thank you- both dressed in gray sweatshirts and the whole family went to the third floor. 

While their parents and sister sat a little way away, Bailey and Joalin approached the edge of the porch, to watch the show that would take place in a few minutes. 

-We grew so much in 2019- the blonde referred to the group.

-It seems that we lived 10 years in one, we did so many things- he hugged her aside- We know so many places 

-I'm sure that 2020 will be even better- she looked at the hours on her cell phone, one minute left. 

-Do you know what we talked about yesterday? - he asked quietly 

-About what? The group, its need, the contract? 

 -A little of everything 

-What about? 

-I always felt something inside me that I didn't want to admit out of fear and I think I'm sure now  

-What was Bay- she for the first time turned to him and then they were presented with the beginning of the show in the sky 

-I love you Jojo, not as a friend- Her eyes became even clearer and brighter, the London fires were no match for her eyes. 

Bailey approached her slowly, the girl looked in shock. They waited so long for this moment and at the same time fought so much against it and now it was there, it was happening. 

-I love you too Bay- she got carried away There was nothing to stop them, it would have to be secret but it would be, they would fix it. 

Their lips finally met, just below the light show, in the first seconds of the year 2020 in a sweet, romantic and passionate kiss that was interrupted by the palms of those present. 

-Happy 2020- Loukamaa smiled, flushed with shame and hiding in the boy's chest. 

-Happy 2020 Jojo.
