I watched him write in a book and I stayed on my bed. He was being released soon, and I was going to be stuck here alone again. I didn't want to be left alone again, not after last time. I watched his raven black hair fall over his ears and barely brushing his shoulders.
"If you keep staring, I can't promise I won't be distracted." I smile at his words. I was clearly running through his head as he was running through mine.
"You are already distracted." I watch him turn to face me with a smirk on his face. "What are you thinking about?" His shoulders raised slightly before dropping.
"How I am going to get you out of this place, I want you to live your life whether I'm in it or not." Loki's eyes averted away. He continued writing in his book and I moved to stand up. I made my way to him placing my hands on his shoulders.
"If you are able to get me out, I wouldn't want to be anywhere unless you were there. Even if it is in the palace." I placed a kiss on top of his head and leant down so I could see his face.
"I'm damaged goods, you can be with your family and live your life without the problems of the Allfather."
"I'm damaged too, doesn't mean we don't make a whole. You have kept me company during my sentence and cared for me in my weakest moments. I can never repay you for that and if we make it out together. That will be another thing added to the list. I love you Loki." He turned to face me and I sat on his lap embracing him as close as I could get. His arms wrapped around me and I hum into his chest.
"You deserve the world, I'm gonna make that happen for as long as I live." I smile and hear the guards open the cell door. I stand up and Thor walks in.
"Its time for your release brother." Thor stood tall and offered a smile my way.
"All of this stays in her cell, she will get the meals I have requested for, correct?" Loki stood up and I blooked down.
"As requested yes." Thor shifts outside the cell and I feel Loki wrap his arms around me.
"Give me a week to find a way out, but I will visit nightly." His breath tickled my ear as he whispered. I nod and watch him leave the cell with Thor. This week will be really long.

I sketched on some paper and heard the door open, I looked over to see a guard dropping of my meal for the night and I stood up making my way to my plate. Thanks to Loki, I was not longer living on the sludge they served to prisoners. I begin to dig into the roasted chicken. The flavor was different this time. Maybe a new seasoning? Possibly an herb, whatever it was, it is delicious.
It wasn't hard to finish my meal but the colors around me because vibrant and almost blinding. I laid on the bed, I could feel myself melting into the sheets. The vibrant colors soon turning black. Quickly closing my eyes to relish the feeling, when I opened my eyes, the sun blared at me.
I covered my eyes and sat up seeing flowers and oak trees surrounding me. "You alright, darling?" I turned to see Loki sitting up and I looked down at myself.
"Where are we?" I stood up and stared at him. A million questions running through my head.
"Ashlin Meadow, you wanted to visit and relax for a bit. I thought it was strange you wanted to lay in the grass but you insisted." I look around, a little girl peered from behind a tree, almost scared.
"How did we get here? I was just in my cell, there is no possible way I could be here."
"My dear, you haven't been in that cell for eight months." I watched the girl carefully as she his behind the tree. I began to run towards her but once I reached the tree, she was gone. I step back and shake my head. Did he just say eight months? Why don't I remember any of it? Why don't I remember leaving that place?
"Y/n, what are you doing?"
"I don't remember the past eight months. I swear I was in the cell and now I'm here. There was a little girl here too but she disappeared. Am I losing my mind?" My lungs felt like they were closing in. This can't be real. When I turned to face Loki again, we were in a dining hall. I was sitting down facing Loki as our meals were placed in front of us.
"How is this happening?" I stared at Loki who sipped from his glass.
"How is what happening?" He questioned, setting the glass down.
"How did we get here from Ashlin Meadow?" A child's giggle eachoed through the hall, but there wasn't a child present.
"We haven't visited that meadow in a few weeks." I blinked and looked at the food in front of me. "Now eat, my love. Don't forget you're eating for two." My eyes widen as I look down to see a baby bump. The giggling continued and I turned to see the same girl running past the doorway to the dining hall. Pushing my chair back I ran after her following her through the halls. She ran outside and I quickly caught up. Looking around to find no one there.
I caught my breath and went back inside. Instead of the main hall I faced a nursery. A crib sitting opposite from me. The mobile of stars moving slowly and playing a soft melody. I move forward slowly. A baby lays in the crib motionless, a slight hum escapes its lips. Arms moved around my abdomen.
"I swear she loves sleeping more than anything. She is going to grow up as strong as you." His lips met my neck and I smiled softly.
The name Beyla crossed my mind and I smiled. "Beyla is the perfect name for her." Maybe I am having memory issues. Maybe this is my life and I have to live without the memories.
"Come on, we have a full day ahead of us." I heard the giggling again. I turned and I watched Loki furrow a brow. "Everything alright?"
"Do you hear the giggling every once in a while like just now?" I looked behind him to see the girl staring at me. I slowly approached her and grabbed her shoulders. The scenery around us changed to the main hall. I could hear screaming from Loki and someone that couldn't be mistaken. I moved down and saw Loki yelling at the Allfather.
"You need to wake up." The little girl stated moving towards my side.
"You want to progress with a thief? She is a disappointment to all of Asgard! Let alone free her from her imprisonment, you have to be joking." I moved backwards.
"She is sick and when she awakens I plan on marrying her."
"If she wakes." Odin snarled at him and began to walk away.
"Were you the one to poison her? Did you give her the Wolf's Orchid?" Loki's eyes began glowing.
"She received what she deserved. I never gave orders besides her imprisonment."
"Wake up!" The girl yelled and I closed my eyes tightly before jolting. Everything in my body tensing as I shot up in my bed. I inhaled a deep breath and coughed trying to catch my breath.
Someone pushed my shoulders down and began trying to get me to calm down. Every muscle aches as I struggle against them.
"Bring me to Loki."
"You need to stay resting."
"Fine I will go by myself." I pushed them off me. I stabled a bit and walked out navigating the halls. "Loki!" My voice echoed through the halls and I saw him peep out. I smile and run to him, holding him tightly to me. I chuckle lightly and didn't let go for a second.
"You woke up."
"After what I saw, why wouldn't I want to wake up."
"You will have to tell me all about it." He nudged his nose into my neck and I smiled. Our journey together can began freely.
