Getting out the shower I hear glass hit the floor. Knowing its my mom drunk ass I kept it moving.
Going into my room I put on some pink shorts and my sports bra. I went down stairs into the kitchen to get a snack and some water. As im walkin out my mom push me into the wall and hits me.
"BITCH GET UP AND CLEAN MY KITCHEN!!" She said kicking me in my side.
As much as i wanted to hit her back I just did what i was told.

I was laying down watching The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air til I drift off to sleep.

I woke up to my phone ringing. It was just my bestfriend monica:
Me- "hello?" I said sleeply sitting up
Monica- "GET YO ASS UP HOE!! TIME FOR WORK!" She said loud and ghetto

I hung up and opened the door. My mom was gone and i had the house to myself for now.

After work i went to get some wings with Monica. I had to be home at 6:00p.m but its 6:27p.m. My moms gonna kill me!
"Wen u gonna find a man??" Monica said laughin
"Wen u gonna settle down??" I said laughing louder
She mugged me and flicked me off.
"U cant get mad!" I said
Shutup!! Monica said snapping a off guard on me
"Ughh u dump bitch!" I said laughing
We both laughed at the ugly off picture. We talked alittle more before we decided to leave.

I was walking into my room wen i felt a shoe hit me in my leg. I looked up to see my mama charging toward me so, i ran down the hall. she caught up and pulled me by me hair and punched me in my face. As she was trying to push me down the steps i grabbed her leg and she came down with me. I was on top of her once we go to the bottom as i was punching her i heard someone come in and grab me. Not knowing who it was i started hitting them also.
"TIA STOP!!!!" Said a familiar voice
As i looked up i seen my Dad. I havent seen him since i was 7 years old.
"what are u doing here!" I said about to start crying
"Your mom called and told me she couldnt find u so i came to see wat was going on." He said
"why should u care! U havent seen me in 11 years now u want to care about me!! fuck out of here!!!" I said with tears going down my face
"JUST GET UR STUFF TIA!!" He yelled
I did wat i was told. I guess ITS TIME to get to know my dad and be with him til i get out on my own!

Walking down stairs to see him put my mom on the couch with a ice pack.
"ready" i said
My mom tried to charge at me again and my dad grabbed her and gave me his keys to go get in the car
He had a all white charger. I heard he was a drug dealer but i didnt think so!

Pulling up to his house my face expression was price less. He glanced at me and laugh. His house was BIGGGGG!
"U like??" he asked
I nodded.
Wen i walked in, he showed me to my room he had just for me.
"This is ur room. Make urself at home u will be here for a while" He said
I gave him a unsure look and replied with an okay.

My door open and my dad sat on the bed. I sat up and he begin to talk:
"Im sorry for not being in ur life for 11 years" He said "ur mom kept me away cause she knew that i wanted u to stay wit me thats why ur room is already made up" He said with a little smile
The room is nice. I have a king size bed with a pink,white,and black bed spread. The wall was pink with black poc-a-dots. The back wall had my name on it with lights around it. I also had a big body length mirror on the wall. The room was very big. I was liking it!
"Tia!!" He said snapping me out my thoughts
"Yess" i said
"Get some sleep we have somewhere to be tomorrow" He said walking out
