So what was he talking about?" Hannah asks while walking in my room.

I shake my head and let out a fake laugh. "Nothing really."

"Lyds I know you, you can tell me anything you know." She says sitting on my bed.

"I swear Han it's nothing."

"I saw monty he got really mad."

"Yea cause it's monty."

"I'm not gonna stop asking."

"Han please if you stop I'll tell you later."

"Really."

"Later."

She smiles then walks out.

How did he know. How does he know about John how!? I got up and left the house saying goodbye to everyone and I'd be home later.

I got in the car and let out a sob. After about 5 minutes I let out a breath and drove to monty's. I wiped my eyes before getting out and walking toward the door.

Monty's pov

I open the door. "Wha-oh hey lyds?"

She looks really upset. "Sorry I know your dad doesn't like it whe-"

"No no don't worry he's not home for a couple of days just me and my mom."

She gives me a little smile and wraps her arms around me. "I'm overreacting." She mutters.

I shake my head. "Baby what happened to you was something so traumatic it's normal for you to feel like this." She starts sobbing again and I invite her in.

My mom is in the kitchen. Everything feels normal when dad is out. I'm happy my mom is relaxed. She looks over to see me and Lydia. She gives me a smile. "Hi Mrs de La cruz I'm sorry I just came here with no warning."

My mom tells her its ok and that she's welcome here. I lead Lydia into my room and sit her down on the bed. "Do you want anything?"

She shakes her head and lays it on my shoulder. I don't know what this feeling is but I like it. It makes me feel comfortable. Happy. "Mon?"

"Hmm."

"I know Hannah is gonna be OK but am I?"

I'm taken aback by this. Did she really feel this way. "Baby girl your gonna get through this your so strong."

Lydia's pov

We both cuddle on his bed and every now and then he will kiss me. A few minutes later my eyelids are heavy and start to close. Before I go to sleep I hear monty talking. "Lyds I really love you baby." I smile and fall asleep.

"She said she'd be back ages ago I was just worried after today." I hear someone at the door.

"OK ok she just fell asleep ok I'll get her home when she Wakes up." Monty says.

"What happened today monty. I know she's upset why can't she tell me?"

"Hannah she will tell you jut give her time OK." So it's hannah outside. Hannah says bye and drives off. Monty walls back up and jumps a bit when he notices I'm awake. "hey baby didn't know you woke up."

I smile at his choice of pet names. He started using them a lot now and it made me really happy. "Yea."

He sits down next to me and puts his arm around me. "You feeling better."

I nod my head then stand up. "I gotta go hannah wants me back."

He sighs then stands up. "Want me to drive you?"
