Chapter 2: Bad Attitude

"Damn , have a look at the new fresh man , I'd love to snatch her up" my bestfriend Dylan said , I looked and I slapped him. "Ouch, what was that for you idiot!" Dylan yelled as he clutched the back of his head , whimpering in pain. "She's my new neighbour !" I exclaim , "And? Damn bud she's so fine! I can't believe you haven't got her already!" Dylan said whilst having his cheeky grin creep up onto his lips.

I was known as the schools 'Womaniser' because of my charming looks and getting all the ladies. When I had seen Summer for the first time this morning I thought to myself 'Wow, she's so beautiful' she looked so natural not like all these bimbos with their orange faces and skimpy clothes and their fake tans , honestly I personally think they could pass as ompalompas only if they were short and fat with fluro green hair . I may of slept with a few but who doesn't ? I mean they are just good for a root and boot anyways.

The bell went for class , I had one last draw on my cigarette before heading off for art .

Art was shit , like usual . Summer was in this class though which seemed to be quite the advantage for me to get to know her better . She sat at the back of the class where I sit with a couple of mates . "Hey Summer , we met this morning ? I'm your neighbour. Remember ?" I said with a smile on my face she just nodded and kept her head down "Oh , am I disrupting something ?" She just looked at me with a blank expression on her face and looked at the board which a hundred notes on it about olden day art and paintings. Summer was beautiful the way her hair fell down the side of her face , I so desperately wanted to brush it off her face and tuck it behind her ear but I didn't want her to think I was a creep so I just left it . It was like she was reading my mind she lifted up her hand and tucked the piece of hair behind her ear. The bell had gone to leave class so I left , the rest of the day was good Summer is in all my classes , I caught her by her locker and I had jogged to catch up with her "Hey Summer!" I said pretty loudly half way down the hall , last class just ended and she was packing up , I bring nothing to school so I don't even know why I even have a locker , Summer turned around and saw me I gave her the biggest grin I could manage but she just turned around but I was still determined to catch upto her but when I did she walked faster "Hey" I said and wrapped my arm around her shoulder she shrugged it off and kept walking "Oi ! Why do you have to be so rude ?!" she turned around gave me a death stare she finally spoke well to be honest yelled at me "And who do you think you are telling me I'm rude ?! I don't care who you are or what you do , okay ?! Just leave me alone!" With that she stormed away I was left with what they call 'gobsmacked' I was determined to catch up to her as a new neighbour and because she's new to the neighbourhood I wanted to offer her a lift home so I jogged up to her again and I asked her "Summer just let me drive you home please ? You are new and I don't want you getting lost and -" I began when she cut me off
"I don't need your help I'll find my own way home" and walked away.

..Summers POV..

* Baby please don't go go go go , baby please don't go go go go , baby don't go , please don't run away * I sang out loud not caring who heard me as I made my way home I had plugged my headphones in my phone and pressed shuffle to shuffle my music. Mum had called me earlier to tell me she could pick me up so I got stuck walking home. When I had made it home I managed to get my key out of my pocket and open the door , mum obviously isn't home and I'm bored I walk up to my room just as Five Seconds Of Summer starts playing on my phone 'Wherever You Are ' my personal favourite and I place my phone on my speaker and crank it up I start dancing along and think of how my boyfriend had given me this song when we had broken up the first time , well he's an ex - boyfriend again that's why I was so upset after school we had broken up later this afternoon and I cried my eyes out as soon as this song came on so I danced like I was crazy . I knew I had back lines running down my cheeks so I went to the bathroom to clean myself up a little after I did I heard a knock at the door so I jogged down the stairs as I usually do when I hear the door a habit from my old house in Sydney as I open the door I immediately wanna shut it in his face buuut I decide not to he looks as me as I give him a blank stare like I did after school this afternoon "What? Taking in my good looks?" He smirks I on the other hand nearly chocked on air because of his disgusting remark "Eww , why don't you just go back to the dumpster with your jock mates" I state with disgust like venom in my mouth "Sorry darling can't do that" he says with such ugh I have words it makes me feel sick "What do want Cameron , you wasting precious time" I say the whole thing like I'm bored which I am honestly "Oh nothing just wanted to check up on you she if you got home in one piece and make sure you settling in nicely" he says with a smile "Well as you can see I have gotten home in one piece and I'm trying but some annoying little jock keeps bugging me" I say back with a fake smile as I turn around and close the door in his face.
