For Hashikawa Hitori, mind reading has become a natural part of his life. Having studied every concept in psychology, and being blessed with his innate talent of perception, he constantly reads the mind of every person he meets. No one has ever been able to lie to him nor keep any secrets from him. He was always diving deep into their minds, looking for something that could potentially fill the hole in his heart...

"Failed again" he uttered in disappointment after reading the mind of one of his schoolmates on the first day. "Isn't there anyone in this school who can truly understand me?" he said as he sluggishly rambled around Sakurasou Gakuen until he found Class 1-A and sat on the seat closest to the teacher's desk. He then took a nap.

"Whoa! There they are! The ones rumored to be extremely talented at their fields...the Millennial Prodigies!" shouted Hitori's classmates as five familiar faces from junior high school entered the classroom. Their entrance covered the whole class with excitement that the noise woke Hitori up.

"Alright that's enough. Now that you're all here, let's start with the introductions." announced the teacher Kotetsu, Hitori's uncle who encouraged him to enroll at Sakurasou Gakuen. "By the way, I'm Hashikawa Kotetsu, your homeroom adviser and I would like to introduce to you these five girls who got perfect scores on the admission tests."

Hitori just woke up and as he took a glance in front of him, his face got murky due to shock. "Five girls? Hold on, those five girls are the millennial prodigies!? I must be dreaming! But wait, they might just be the ones that I'm looking for. Anyway, for now I should hide my face. It might get awkward if we cross eyes..." he rattled in his thoughts, covering his face with a notebook.

"Hello, I'm Akamine Fumika. It's nice to meet you all" said the pretty blue-haired girl, wearing a twin-tailed hairstyle.

"She is the one who got a perfect score on literature on the admission test and was the literary prodigy of Arakawa Junior High" explained Kotetsu as the next girl stepped forward and introduced herself.

"Hi, I'm Teramoto Ichika! I'm looking forward to being friends with you all!" shouted the hyperactive red-haired girl, smiling at everyone in sight.

"Teramoto-san was exceptionally admitted here due to her incredible sports talent. She is part of our Underage National Volleyball Team and was the MVP of last year's nationals" Kotetsu explained as the third girl advanced a bit forward with wriggling noodle legs.

"I-I'm Yamamoto Aika. Pl-pleased to meet you..." said the shy pink-haired girl, hiding behind their homeroom adviser.

"Pardon me for her shyness, but she got a perfect score on all of the Sciences on the admission test. She was the Science Prodigy of Koutai Junior High School" said Kotetsu.

"Then I'm next..." said the violet-haired girl, carrying a violin bag. "I'm Miyazaki Yua. Let's all do our best!" she said with a thumbs up to her classmates.

"Like Teramoto-san, Miyazaki Yua is exceptionally admitted here due to her astonishing musical talent. She has been winning competitions since middle school and is the best violinist of her age"

"Lastly, we have here the very daughter of the Headmaster of this school." Kotetsu added.

"Hello, I'm Suzuki Misaki. Let's all get along" said the blonde girl without a single flaw on her character.

"As I have said, she is the daughter of the Headmaster and she had a perfect score on History. Our Headmaster's name is Suzuki Hirato and he founded this school for all of you."

"THEY'RE ALL SO BEAUTIFUL!" shouted the boys as they got so excited by the thought of being classmates with the beautiful prodigies. Hitori remained silent and hid his face with a notebook, with which Akamine Fumika found weird. She took a step closer to him and grabbed the notebook. When his face was revealed, the five girls dropped their bags at the sight of Hitori's brilliant smile.
