Three years later

Hanuki Sol went over almost a hundred revisions of her story but the writer's block was just too much. Nothing interesting in life was happening, her parents were normal, her students were all normal, there's nothing to inspire her. She thought being a teacher as a fresh graduate was fun but everyday, she had the same routine, it was too normal for her. It was until the summer break when she decided to tag along her co-teachers who were going to Korea for vacation.

" I guess it won't hurt to spend a quarter of my savings for a vacay, right? " she asked herself. Her parents, Seichi and Aoi Hanuki who are quite in the age, did not even have any say against her plans which was just to kill time in a place she had never been before. Staring on the screen, the prologue she had written isn't even over a thousand words yet. Overflowing with frustration, she shut her laptop close and proceeded to pack for the upcoming trip.

The sunrise was beautiful in Seoul and she appreciated it so much she almost cried. The city was not as bustling as Tokyo and people were much more polite unlike back there where she would be constantly asked for her number, she isn't even that pretty, she thought to herself. Beams of light created pretty shadows of the trees and the wind was cool and refreshing, she just couldn't help but swoon for the environment. Going back to the hotel, Sol takes a bath and prepares herself for what she really had to do, finish writing her goddamn book.

" Where are you going? " Mejiro, her roommate and co-teacher, asked when she hurriedly grabbed the map from him.

" Work. "

" What?! We went here to relax, not work. Put your laptop down and let's have a brunch. "

" Sorry Jiro but I'm not that hungry. I really need to finish this book or else I'll feel not much of a person I think I should be. "

" Oh, if you say so then go ahead. Just don't push yourself too much , Sol! "

" No promises! " she shouted back as the doors close. Sol took a bus and walked a little before reaching a part that she deemed perfect in spotting cute couples, families, or even a scandalous fight. It was then that she noticed that it was already nighttime, her stomach grumbling in hunger but she was satisfied that she had finished writing a chapter for the day. Mind blank and carried away by starvation, she ventured for the nearest convenience store and bought a croissant and milk to alleviate the stomach sensation, completely forgetting her laptop, only to come back to an empty bench.

" Oh my- I'm such a stupid bitch! " running back to the wooden bench with the milk almost spilling on her dress.

" Why must I be this fucking stupid?! Of all the things I could lose, my laptop?! Unbelievable. " she pulled her hair in anger of herself and she walked away weakly with the unfinished carton of milk and her purse in hands. Trying to lift her mood up, she tried telling herself that at least she pasted her number and name at the camera. " I just really hope that person's kind enough to bring it back. "

A sigh had escaped her lips as she entered the hotel room and her roommate wasn't there to say something stupid to cheer her up, all her co-teachers went out for clubbing. Her dreams were invaded with flashes of events that almost felt real, faces of people she never met, voices she never heard, the desperate cries of someone made her snap awake.

" Now, tell me why I shouldn't kick you out like the others because I'm honestly tired with nosy beings like you. "

" Why are you here if you're an angel, huh? Did you hypnotize Johnny hyung to let you come with him? Are you a spy? "

" Mark hyung, I think she's dead. "

" Luna, I'm sorry but we have a meeting and I'm badly needed. Can you wait here for a while? I promise to be back in no time. "
