"Has Jaejoong or Jaemin ever acted strange when you accidentally bumped into them or brush their hand when you went to take a pencil from them?" Sara asked Blondie as the two girls strode down the vacant hallway.
The two had decided to stay after school to try and get some of their work done, but no matter how hard they tried to concentrae or how long they studied, there was one thing that was engraved in their minds and it had looked like it had planned to stay there: Why were the two boys acting so strange?
"Yes, I remember he helped me when I caught my sleeve in my locker door. He helped me, but acted strange afterwards," Blondie explained as the two girls walked into the library.
"How exactly did he act strange? What did he do?" Sara questioned as she sat down in her seat first and folded her hands in front of her.
She shrugged, "His face turned pale and small sweat beads started to form above of his eyebrows. Then for a second--nevermind."
Sara tilted her head as she urged her to continue, "What happened? Tell me!"
Sucking in a breath then exhaling, Blondie muttered out, "When he touched my sleeve, he---he turned into Daehyung for a split second."
Sara's eyes grew big as she thought about Jaejoong for a minute. Not only did he act like Yongguk, but like Jaemin who was supposedly seen as Daehyun, he would transform into a completely different person if you accidentally touched him. Whether it be a small bump or even standing far away from you, you could tell he was acting this way for a reason.
"When I talk to Jaejoong alone, he seems like a completely different person than if I were to talk to him in a group. He's more mellow and shy instead of energetic and scarcely outgoing. Truthfully, these actions remind me of Yongguk," Sara spoke softly as she fidgeted in her seat.
The room was silent for a minute or two as the new found information they had both just received processed through their minds. Their minds were clouded with confusion and wonder as they thought for a split second that the two new boys they had befriended could possibly be the boys they had loved so dearly.
Breaking the silence, Blondie cleared her throat, "Please tell me I'm not the only one thinking they are Yongguk and Daehyun."
Sara shook her head as she cracked a half-smile, "I was thinking the same."
Chewing her lip, Blondie scrunched her eyebrows as she questioned, "Should we see if we're right?"
Sara tilted her head questiongly, "We can't ask-" but the girl in front of her interrupted her, "Not ask, but what if we were to accidentally bump into them? As crazy as it sounds, I still believe I saw Daehyun when Jaemin helped me with my sleeve."
Thinking back to when she had tried to swipe a tear from his face, Sara wringed her fingers as she noticed he too acted quaint when she had tried to touch him.
"Okay, let's do it! We'll accidentally bump into them or fix their jacket collar," Sara smiled mischieviously as her and Blondie high-fived.
The two girls began to study again and as they did, like normal, they did not notice the pair of eyes watching them from afar.
"Great," one of them mumbled, "now we have to keep an even closer eye on them.
