The Drama Club - A Oneus Fanfiction

Act 23

"How's your hang out, sweetie?" Her mom asked right after she opened the door.

"Gosh! Mom, how long have you been standing behind the door?" Eri jumped a little.

"Only your father knows" Her mom replied in a singing tone.

Her mom was actually scared for her that she might not return by the end of the day. The only one she could trust is dear old Jun. Seeing her daughter arrived home safely but a little wet, She was relieved.

She proceed to tell Eri to take a bath and join then for dinner. Eri was already stuffed but she didn't want to make her parents upset. She agreed to it with the intention to eat a little.

Dinner went by smoothly, they only asked her what did she do at her hang out. She didn't want to confess that she has a special someone at the moment. It was going to be her secret until she is ready to tell her parents.

In her room, she was contemplating whether to videocall Keonhee and Jun, tell them that she and Xion has become an official. That is until she realised that she has school soon.

"I could tell them soon" She smiled at the thought.

She went to bed and the whole confession scene was replaying in her head, she couldn't stop grinning. It was starting to hurt her mouth. She muffled her squeal with the pillow. The word 'date' popped up in her mind. Was it truly a date? She wanted to believe so. But if it's not she still had a blast with him.

She was also glad that both of them have feelings for each other. She looked at the ceiling, "What is Xion doing now?"

"Son Dongju!" His brother barged into their shared room. Xion sat up from his laying position, with a huff. "How was the date? Did she said anything about your hair that I styled for you?" Dongmyeong flopped beside Xion, eyes sparkling with curiosity.

"I'm not sure.. And no, it's not a date" Xion sighed but a tiny part of him said it was. Does Eri think it was a date, he bit his inner cheek.

"Aww.. I know you want to see it as a date" Dongmyeong giggled, xion pushed him in reply. Causing Dongmyeong to almost fall of the bed. "Ya!"

Xion brought his knees close to his chest and muffled a few words. Dongmyeong looked at him with a question. He noticed Xion's face was turning red.

"Hey, are you okay?" Dongmyeong asked, a bit worried on why his twin was suddenly feeling hot.

"It was about our hang out.. I just couldn't believe it" Xion smiled fondly. Dongmyeong shook Xion's shoulder, indicating to tell him more. "W-we are officially together.." Xion whispered, his heart beating fast.

Dongmyeong's eyes went wide "You're not kidding, are you?" Xion raised an eyebrow.

Dongmyeong let out a loud 'Hah', he immediately hugged Xion and pats his head. "My younger brother has grown so much, he's out here having a girlfriend before me" he pretended to tear up.

"Shut up.. You're so dramatic, my lord" Xion shook his head with a laugh. He leaned against Dongmyeong, enjoying the cuddle. He also looked at his desk, specifically at the cute teddybear she gave.

Eri was at the cafeteria with her friends. She was fiddling with her fork, she wanted to tell them so bad but Keonhee was busy eating. Jun was busy making stupid pick up lines to Hwanwoong. Eri wouldn't be surprise if they actually end up together.

"Guys.." Eri started and all of them turned their attention towards her. "I kinda have an announcement.." she continued shyly.

"Go on" Jun nodded. The others were anticipated also to this announcement.

"I- I'm in a relationship with Xion" Eri shut her eyes. Not ready with their reaction.

"Eri, open your eyes.." It was Jun and she did as what she was told.

All of them look at her with their eyes soften. "Aww, we're happy for you!" Keonhee hugged her by the side.

Hwanwoong congratulated her, Jun grabbed her hand across the table. "I'm so happy for you, sis. I knew you guys will end up together.. So, Who confessed first? Have you told your parents?" Jun quickly go on with the questions.

"I will tell them soon and Xion did it first, we hung out a few days ago and here we are" Eri sheepishly smiled, tightly holding her hand. Jun fanned herself, trying to keep her composure so she wouldn't embarrass herself and them infront of the whole cafeteria. Usually, she will scream or jump around.. Even though she wasn't the one in the relationship but she was thrilled. An exciting Jun is something else.

Eri continued talking about her hang out with Xion but at the same time, they inserted the word "date" here and there. At this point, Eri was convinced she wasn't the only one who thought it was a date.

...

In the hall, everybody was chilling except for Xion. He was nowhere to be found, Eri really wanted to talk with him. She was sitting with Keonhee and he was humming to a tune.

She saw Yoora talking with Mia, they were laughing together. She felt grateful watching Yoora starting to make conversation with the members. Yoora noticed Eri was watching her and gave a quick wave, Eri replied back with nod.

Eri started to feel her eyelids were getting heavy, she leaned on Keonhee's shoulder and yawned a bit. She was about dozed off until the entrance of hall were opened, revealing Xion with Mrs. Rin.

"Students, gather around" Mrs. Rin called.

Since Eri and Keonhee were already on the stage, they stayed while the other were busy getting their places. Renjun sat beside Eri following with Jaemin.

"You all have worked hard and I'm very proud of you.. We have sent your film to the judges so in a few weeks, we will have the results. I have to applaud you guys for making such a film" Mrs. Rin clapped her hands with a proud face. She doubted the club at first but after watching their film, the doubt vanished.

Xion cleared his throat and smiled "Since we have around an hour.. Why don't we see the final product?"

The club cheered in agreement. While they were setting up to watch the film, Mrs. Rin looked at Yoora but she didn't looked at her back.

And soon, the movie have started. Everybody got comfortable, Xion sat behind Eri making both of them flustered a little. Keonhee made a face at them and got a playful slap from the both of them.

They watched and wished that the film will get the number they were hoping ever since start of production.
