Arifure Miku's Birthday

Happy 24th Birthday, Aristea!

The date was July 22nd, 2020. Aristea Fabron [Arifure Miku] is currently talking to Ciel DuBlois.

Arifure Miku: So, I have a little...I guess you can say concern.

Ciel: What is it?

Arifure Miku: Well, you know Shelby Gills [Deep-Sea Girl], right?

Ciel: Yeah. What about her?

Arifure Miku: Okay, so pretty much every module knows about how she was a victim of kidnapping in the past. Everytime I see her and her boyfriend Alexiel walking together with their baby, Shelby has this terrified look on her face and she hides behind Alexiel. Do you know why that is?

Ciel: Well, I can't say for certain, but I think you remind Shelby of her kidnapper.

Arifure Miku: Oh. There was this one time I tried to say hi to her, but she just screamed and ran off. It broke my feelings a little. Tell me honestly, Ciel. Am I frightening to you?

Ciel: No. You're a sweet girl, Aristea.

Arifure Miku: You're just saying that.

Ciel: No, I'm serious.

Arifure Miku: Thanks.

Ciel: Besides, I've seen more horrifying modules than you.

Arifure Miku: Like who?

Ciel: Ayasaki [Thorned Rose]. He's pretty much the only one I can think of.

Arifure Miku: But what about Yuurei [Demons And The Dead]? I think she's pretty scary.

Ciel: She's just looking for some fun.

Arifure Miku: Did Yuurei ever scare you?

Ciel: There was one time. It was a few days after Soleil and I moved here. Both of us were sleeping. Yuurei came up by our bedroom window and screamed. Both of us screamed, too.

Arifure Miku: And then what happened?

Ciel: I got a heart attack.

Arifure Miku: You did?!

Ciel: Yeah. Yuurei realized what she had done and tried to help. But Soleil said to her "I think you've done enough."

Arifure Miku: Did Soleil help you breathe again?

Ciel: Yep.

Arifure Miku: So did Yuurei apologize afterwards?

Ciel: Yeah. I said, "It's okay." Soleil still didn't trust Yuurei after that.

Arifure Miku: So, you get a heart attack everytime someone scares you?

Ciel: Uh-huh. That's why I don't like holidays like Halloween or April Fools' Day.

Arifure Miku: I see. So, should I try to do a friendly approach to Shelby?

Ciel: Just tell her that you're not here to hurt her. Say that you just want to be her friend. Maybe then she won't hide behind Alexiel all the time or run away.

Arifure Miku: I should try that next time I see her. You sure know what to do when it comes to giving people advice, Ciel.

Ciel: I think I got that from Angie.

Aristea laughed a little.

Arifure Miku: Okay. Well, I better get going.

Ciel: Okay. Happy birthday again.

Arifure Miku: Thank you.

Aristea signed off from Zoom. She hopes to be friends with Shelby one day.
