Asahi POV
I wake up the next morning and get ready for the day. I decided last night that I need to see these people for myself.
I started to get ready for my day when I saw the sketches of the people the other two saw. They were extremely detailed with notes around the sides. You would think they would be drawings by lovesick teens.
I chuckled as I walked out the door. This had already turned out to be a pretty weird trip and it was only the second day.
This fog is weird, does it ever go away?
I walked pretty deep into the forest. It was pretty dark considering it was 8 in the morning.
I was walking for another 20 minutes when I heard a rustle in the trees. I got kind of scared so I started to walk back in the direction of the cabin.
The rustling got louder and I picked up my pace. There is no way i'm going to die on the second day here.
Then suddenly the rustling stopped and something fell in front of me.
"Hi."
I probably screamed so loud that people in Japan could have heard me. I fell onto my back and looked up.
There was a man, no a boy. He was to short to be older than 12. He was hanging upside down from a tree and looking at me with a confused expression. He dropped down from the tree and walked up to me. I started to scoot back until I hit a tree. He stopped right in front of me and said,
"Oh! You must be the one Suga was talking about!" He jumped up into the air.
"W-wait w-what?" I managed to stutter out.
"Suga said there was this super cute guy that wasn't from this island here. Oops, I said to much." He covered his mouth with his hand.
"O-oh you're talking a-about Daichi. I'm Asahi."
"Well Mr. Asahi, let me help you." He reached out his hand to help me up. I took it and I helped him up. He only reached to about my shoulder but was surprisingly strong.
He looked up at me and I swear there were sparkles in his eyes. He started to jump up and down again.
"My name is Nishinoya but you can call me Noya!" (A/N 'Nishinoya' auto corrected to astonishing lol.)
"O-ok."
I heard a voice through the trees yelling,
"NISHINOYA YU IF YOU DON'T GET BACK HERE NOW I WILL TAKE YOUR DINNER FOR TONIGHT."
"Crap. Suga is not in a good mood today. Well bye Asahi!" He jumped into a tree and ran in the direction of the yelling.
"B-bye." I said to no-one in particular.

On the way back to the cabin I had some time to think. How are these people surviving on their own? Or are there more people with them? Could it be possible to meet the rest of them?
The three people we had met were very different in looks and personality, so there must be at least three or four family's. This is all so weird.
When I got back to the cabin it was about 2 in the afternoon. I walked into Daichi and Tsukishima still discussing the two boys they saw at the kitchen table.
I walked into the kitchen and Daichi spun around in his chair.
"So, so you believe us now?" He asked.
"Yep, definitely."
"Ok, spill."
"Well, unlike ya'll, the person I met didn't try and kill me. He just gave me a good scare. He was on the smaller side and way more energetic than the people you met. He was very strong for his size and had this gleam in his eyes."
Daichi nodded and turned back to his drawing and I said,
"He also said something about a guy named Suga saying that there was this super cute guy from outside their village that he met."
I tuned around just in time to see Daichi's ears go beet red.
"Well, well, well. Someone has a crush." Tsukishima said with a snicker.
Daichi stood up to defend himself.
"DO NOT!"
"Then why do half the pages in your notebook have a drawing of this 'Suga'." Tsukishima asked again.
"Well, it's the same with you. But you have almost three-quarters of a sketchbook filled with drawings of the boy you saw."
Tsukishima blushed but said nothing.
"Hey Asahi, how about you sketch the boy you saw?" Daichi asked handing me a pencil and paper.
I started with the frame then added the facial features. His hair proved difficult to draw but I got it eventually. After about 20 minutes I had a good drawing of him. Daichi, Tsukishima and I all put our drawings next to each other and compared them.
~~~~smol time skip~~~~
It was currently about 1:30 am and none of us had slept. We had spent the entire night trying to figure out what to do about the people we had met. We still had to write a report at the end of every week to report our findings. We had been so caught up in the people we met we totally forgot about the reason we were here.
"Well, since 2 of the three people we have met have tried to kill us, we should probably just forget about them and do our job." Daichi piped up, sipping his coffee.
"I agree. We should focus on graduating instead of these people." Tsukishima said reluctantly.
It was obvious that they really didn't want to, but I admired they that they were being mature about it.
We all finally decided to go to bed and the final decision was to forget about these people.
Little did we know how hard that would be.
*screams in southern*
Well, I think the next chapter will kind of break the cycle, and do the islanders POV.
I'm extremely cold and wearing shorts help me.
I kind of hate this story but I have started it so I need to finish it.
This is the longest chapter I have ever written ever and i'm low-key proud.
Well, off to do who know's what. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
