It's been two years since Hakoda left. Ive kept my fire bending a secret from everyone and because I didn't wanna mess up the story line I pretended I only knew the basics of water bending. Right now me, Sokka, and Katara are on a canoe looking for fish. "Its not getting away from me this time. Watch and learn guys this is how you catch a fish" I ignored Sokka to watch Katara. As she made a bubble around a fish she shouts "Sokka, Alex look!" "Sshh your gonna scare it away. Mmhh I can already smell it cooking" "but Sokka I caught one" Katara moves the fish above Sokka as he pulls his spear back and pops it. When the fish goes back into the water I bend it back up onto the boat. "Hey!" Katara yells. "Why is it that every time you play with magic water I get soaked" "Katara's still learning thats why" I cut in. "Its not magic its water bending. And it-" "yeah yeah an ancient art unique to our culture blah blah blah. Look I'm just saying if I had your powers I'd keep my weirdness to myself"

"Your calling me weird? I'm not the one who makes muscles at myself every time I see my reflection in the water" just as she said that Sokka was making muscles at himself. "ooh she got you good Sokka" I said with a smirk. Suddenly the canoe jerked and we started towards an ice berg. As the two started paddling I sat quietly and watched. "Watch out" Katara shouted "go left!" As three ice chunks crushed the canoe we jumped out.

"You call that left" "you don't like my stering maybe you should've water bended us out of the ice" "so its my fault" "I knew I should've left you home. Leave it to a girl to screw things up" I always hated how sexist Sokka was at the beginning of the show so I hit the back of his head. "Ow!" "You are the most sexist, immature, I'm embarrassed to be related to you!" An ice berg behind Katara started to Crack. "Ever since mom died ive been doing all the work around camp while you've been off playing soldier" "uhh Katara" "I even wash all the clothes! Have you ever smelled your dirty socks let me tell you, not pleasant! You know what I'm done helping you from now on your on your own" then the ice berg behind Katara broke and we where pushed away.

"Okay you've gone weird to freakish Katara" "you mean I did that" "yup" I said popping the P. Then the water started to glow in front of us. 'Yay Aang's coming'. An ice berg now floated above the water. As we stared at the ice berg Aang (in his avatar state) opened his eyes. "Hes alive we have to help" "Katara get back here we don't know what that thing is" Sokka said as we jumped across the floating ice to catch up to Katara. Before we reached her she began hitting the ice berg.

As she hit it on the third time air blasted towards us. Sokka grabbed me and Katara and held us close. "Awe you do care" I teased Sokka. "Not the time Alex" sokka replied watching the ice berg Aang was in crack. A huge blue light shot up into the sky. As it cleared the three of us stand up. Aang comes over the top of the ice and Sokka pushes us behind him and brings up his spear "stop!" Aang doesn't listen as he stands up before coming out of the avatar state and falling.

Katara gasps before running to catch him. Sokka poked Aang's head with his spear. "Stop it" Katara puts Aang's against the ice berg just before his eyes slightly open. "I need to ask you something" "what is it" "please come closer" as Katara came closer "will you go penguin sledding with me" Aang says happily. "Pfft" I laughed "uuh sure I guess" Katara says confused.

Aang airbends himself standing as Sokka freaks out. "Whats going on here" Aang say confused. "You tell us! How'd you get in the ice and why aren't you frozen?" Sokka questions while poking Aang with his spear. "Im not sure" Aang says before gasping and climbing up the ice wall. Me, Katara, and Sokka walk around the ice wall to see Aang waking Appa. Sokka's jaw drops in horror at the sight.

As Appa wakes up he licks Aang. Aang laughs happily before hugging Appa. "What is that thing" Sokka asks as we walk over. I go to pet Appa before Sokka puts his arm protectively in front of me. "this is appa my flying bison" "right and this is Katara my flying sister" "ha I wish" I say smugly. Appa began making noises and I quickly moved away from Sokka. Appa sneezes on sokka and he began to freak by waving his arms around and scraping his face on the ice. "Don't worry it'll wash out" Aang said bluntly as I slapped my hand over my mouth to cover my laughing.
