Kokichi's POV
I coughed out pedals like earlier. I only told my mom, gonta, and rantaro that I had the hanahaki disease. Everyone else has no idea.
"M-Mum- *Cough* Did you figure out a- *cough* a cure other than s-surgery?" I asked, coughing out pedals and blood into a bucket that gonta gave me.
Rantaro patted my back and I coughed out the rest in my mouth. I felt tears escaping my eyes. It hurts... She sighed.
"You'll have to confess your love or he'll have to confess his love to you." she said, worriedly. I looked up, shook.
"B-But shuichi doesn't like me! H-He likes kaede-" I coughed out blood, crying. The three patted my back and I coughed out the rest. We all heard someone enter.
Shuichi. I gasp and I hid the bucket. I felt blood drip from my mouth.
Shuichi's POV
I came into kokichi's room in the house we all live in to check on him. I noticed kokichi hiding something and blood dropping from his mouth.
I gasp and ran to him "A-Are you okay ouma?? You're bleeding!" I said, worried. I noticed what was in the bucket. Pedals and blood..? Wait.. Does that mean....-
"Ouma, d-do you have the hanahaki disease..?" I asked, crying a bit. I noticed him crying and he choked. He nodded and I looked at the others "Did you guys know this??" I asked, they all nodded, tearing up.
I sighed. I liked ouma and he said he liked me back, but it feel like he is lying instead of telling the truth, but I again.. felt like he wasn't. I sighed, an attempt to calm down. The others left to get some stuff for ouma. I was left alone with him. Here I go..
"I-I.. I love you ouma." I stuttered, hugging him. I felt my face burn up and crying. I heard him gasp and he started crying, hugging me and smiling. "I-I love you too shu-shu.." I heard. He whipped his mouth and hugged me again.
3rd person POV
Kokichi felt way better, he was finally able to breathe. He was crying and they both pulled back. Shuichi was shook that he wasn't lying.
He smiled and kissed kokichi, and kokichi kissed back. This lasted a few minutes and the three entered, Kirumi smiled and covered gonta's eyes.
Rantaro giggled softly, glad that kokichi got his man and was able to breath correctly.
Kirumi cleared her throat. "Ahem" Shuichi and kokichi stopped looking at the three, embarrassed. "H-How long were you guys there??" shuichi asked, blushing.
Kirumi had let gonta see again. Rantaro laughed a bit. "We've seen enough, glad you're okay now kokichi." he said, smiling.
Kokichi smiled. "Thanks avocado!" he said, putting the bucket away. He hugged shuichi and then made his way to the dorms.
"Huh? Where kokichi and shuichi going? Gonta want to know" gonta asked. Kokichi smiled even more. "Shu-shu and me are gonna fuck!" he said, making shuichi turn into a tomato.
Kirumi giggled. "Make sure you wear a condom." she said, leaving the four. Rantaro laughed and walked away with gonta, who had no idea of what he meant.
"A-Are we really gonna do it?" shuichi asked, nervously to kokichi. Kokichi smiled and giggled. "Niishishi! Well duh, let's go!" he said, walking to shuichi's dorm with shuichi.
