After a long night of fighting akumatized people, Ladybug and Chat noir finally won the battle as they jumped onto a rooftop, exhausted. "Wow m'lady, that was a tough one. Maybe I can.." Chat noir puckered up his lips as Ladybug put her finger on them. "Chat, how many times do I have to tell you? I'm in love with another boy. You are awsome Chat, but I'm afraid my heart is beating for someone else." Ladybug sighed "But who?" Chat said, Ladybug looked at Chat noir with her shiny bluebelle eyes. "I'm afraid I can't tell you, we dont have a choice. if we find out who we really are then we will have to give up our miraculous." Her earrings started to beep "Guess I gotta go. See ya Chat" She waved.
Chat noir went home and detransformed. "Plagg?" Adrien asked "What is it? Cant you see I'm busy with my girlfriend camembert?" Plagg said "Ew plagg that's gross. "You are the same as sugarcube!" Plagg groaned "Who is sugarcube?" Adrien became curious "Marinette's kwa-" They both stared at eachother for a few minutes. "What was that, Plagg?" Adrien was shocked "NOTHING! YOU ARE DREAMING! AND I AM NOT REALLY TALKING TO YOU!" Plagg was being dramatic but he had just realised what he had done. "Pinch me" Adrien said, smirking. Plagg went silent and pinched Adrien, "See, I'm awake. What do you mean by marinette's kawami?" Adrien asked "Haha Adrien what are you talking about?!" Plagg started to sweat "Plagg, is marinette ladybug?" "W-WHA- NOOoooo!"
Adrien did not believe a word Plagg said "Stop lying plagg. They are both so.. alike. So that means.... I'm in love with marinette?" Adrien figured it all out, Plagg stayed silent "I- I gotta go. I'll be back soon" Plagg said as he flew out of the window. Adrien layed on his bed, flustered. He always knew he had something for marinette, he just didn't know what to feel. Adrien remembers all the times she had said she is in love with someone else.. "ME!" Adrien jumped, "Marinette is in love with me!" There was just one thing. She could never find out about this, he realised he would have to suffer with Marinette being in love with the boy right in front of her and she doesnt even know it. Adrien sighed, 'maybe.. i could spend time with her as Chat noir. It will be less awkward as Marinette is way more awkward with Adrien, and when the time is right, he will show her the truth'
Meanwhile at Marinette's
Plagg rushed over to her house, he was terrified of what will happen because he didnt want to lose Adrien. Adrien was everything to him and he could not lose him. "Sugarcube!" Plag woke up tikki "Shush Plagg! You'll wake up Marinette! What are you doing here?" Tikki tiredly replied, "Come up here and I'll explain everything"
After explaining
"YOU DID WHAT?!" Tikki exploded "Please dont tell marinette! She doesn't have to know! I can't lose Adrien sugarcube" Plagg sniffed "Are you.. crying?" Tikki asked Plagg jumped "No! Of course not" He said "Just promise me not to tell Marinette" Plagg begged. Tikki thought about it "Okay.." She said, that put a smile on Plagg's face "Aw thanks sugarcube!" He kissed her cheek which made Tikki blush as he went back to Adrien's house.
The next day
"Good morning Plagg" Adrien yawned "Hey Adrien" Plagg said as he got a piece of camembert "Have you thought on what you're gonna do about this situation?" Plagg asked. Adrien smiled proudly, "Yes, yes I have"
After explaining
"Wow, that is a good idea!" Plagg said "Thanks Plagg, now let's get ready for school"
At Marinette's
Marinette yawned "Good morning tikki" "Good morning Marinette!" Tikki hasnt gotten any sleep because she had nightmares about hawkmoth figuring out who they really are and finding Master Fu then making all the kawami's his slaves "Tikki?" Marinette said, trying to get the tired kawmi's attention. "Yes?!" She jumped, "Are you okay" Marinette looked concerned "I'm fine! Let's get you ready for school, you dont want to be late for school!" Tikki acted like she was fine but really she wasnt.
At school
As everyone got into class, Adrien saw marinette running into class "AGGHH sorry I'm late Miss Bustier!" Marinette squealed, Adrien giggled and blushed "Oh hi Adrien!" Marinette blushed, Adrien jumped "aHh! Oh hi there m-Marinette!" He stuttered. Adrien couldn't stop staring at Marinette, she was so beautiful like an angel..
"ADRIEN!"
Adrien screamed, making the whole class look at him, giggling. "Who said my name?" Adrien said, embarrassed, "I did Adrien!" Miss Bustier said, "Can you please answer this question and focus in class" Adriens eyes widened "O-oh of course!" Marinette was confused, why was Adrien acting so.. soft?
After school
"Ok Plagg. Let's go see Marinette, Plagg, claws out!" Chat noir took a deep breath and made his way over to Marinette's balcony.
At Marinette's
Marinette heard a strange knocking on her trap door and a familiar voice.. Chat noir? She opened her balcony door "Oh hi there Marinette!" Chat noir acted cool, Marinette was confused "Hey Chat noir! What are you doing here? Arent you supposed to be with Ladybug and fighting crime and stuff?" She asked "Well, I was wondering maybe.. if we could become friends and hang out?" Chat noir asked, Marinette looked at Chat noir strangely "I- uh- yeah! of course!" She smiled sweetly making Chat noir blush "I'll meet here everyday at 6pm?" Chat offered and smiled, Marinette accepted "Why did you choose me though?" The young girl was curious, Chat noir panicked "Uhhh! Well I just wanted some more friends and I thought that you would be the perfect one to be my new friend since we have bumped into eachother a lot.. you seem like a really, sweet awsome girl.." Chat blushed "Oh! T-thanks ki- Chat!" Marinette corrected herself and blushed a bit "So.. I'll see you tomorrow?" Chat noir asked the flustered girl "Y-yeah! See you tomorrow Chat noir!"
After Chat noir left
"Wow, that was.. weird" Marinette said to tikki "uH- yeah! totally!" tikki said "What do you think hes up to? Has he gotten over Ladybug and gone after.. ME?!" Marinette squealed. Tikki jumped "No! I'm sure that's not it, Chat noir just said he needed a friend! Maybe you should give him a chance and get to know him Marinette!" Tikki said calmly. "You're right, Tikki. Maybe I should get to know him better"
