Harry picked Faith up from his mother's and gave her a small rundown of what was going on. Anne was very sad. She loved Marian very much but she had seen the cracks in their marriage for quite a while.

When he and Faith got home, he changed her and put her down for a nap and he started to work on their travel plans for their trip to Spain. The train would take them from London to Madrid. He arranged for them to have a private car with all of the amenities in it. He hated that their marriage was ending. He was going to lose her for good this time and it was breaking his heart.

He never wanted it to be like this. Yes, he'd been deceitful about Marian getting pregnant but a part of him thought it was the only way to get her to stay with him. He should've known better. He looked up from his laptop when he heard her come in. She looked happy. Happier than he'd seen her in a long time and that made him even sadder knowing what was making her happy. "Get everything straightened away with the Malik's?"

"I did," she said sitting down next to him. "Is everything ready for our family get away?"

He nodded and then turned the screen so she could see the plans. She asked to change a few things which he did and then he finalized everything. They made dinner together and then got Faith up from her nap and after dinner they all watched a movie together.

Marian could tell Harry's mind was a million miles away and she hated hurting him. But she needed to do what was right for her and for Faith in the end. What was right for the three of them. When it was time for bed, they both got her ready and tucked her in. Harry asked if he could hold Marian in bed and she agreed. If it was one thing they did well it was cuddle. She was more than a little surprised that he didn't try to put the moves on her.

The next morning they were up early and got ready to leave for their trip. When they arrived in Spain, Marian could see the hope in Harry's eyes. It saddened her a little that it was only after she told him she was still leaving.

Faith was over the moon to have both of her parents in the same place at the same time. She was just like her father with the way her face lit up when she was happy.  They had an amazing time on the train trip from London. Harry had gotten them one of the four suites on the train. It had everything that a five star hotel had.

Harry had rented a four bedroom beach front house in Andalusia and Marian wasn't surprised to find that the house was fully stocked with groceries for the week.

"Faith is asleep," Harry said coming up from behind her and whispering in to her ear.

"I was beginning to think she was never going to let you go," she laughed.

Harry kissed her. He wanted to do more but he royally fucked up his second chance.

"Harry, we talked about this, no hanky panky," she said moving away from him.

"I know, I'm sorry."

"I'm going to go check out the kitchen and see what I have to work with," She said causing Harry to get her a look.

"My wife, cooks?" He smirked "The queen of take aways?"

"Yes, true I do love a good take away," She giggled. "I wanted to set a better example for our daughter. I want her to eat healthy so I needed to learn how to cook and eat better myself.  I took a cooking class."

"You are always surprising me.  I will let you do some cooking while I answer a few emails."

"No, working while Faith is awake. Don't forget your promise."

"I won't, I swear. The second she wakes up I will put the laptop away."

Marian made spaghetti Bolognese for their first dinner on the beach. To say that Harry was blown away with his wife's cooking would have been an understatement. Why was he so consumed with his work when he had this at home were the thoughts running through his head. The moment Faith decided she would rather wear her spaghetti than eat it, this was what mattered, his family his life and he lost it. He could remember giving Jonathon shit for leaving early at times to make it home for dinner. Now all he could think was why the hell didn't he learn from his mistakes. Take the other married mens advice instead of listening to his dick and his need to be the best. Recording the perfect song,  having the best choreography for his tour. The old adage is true, you don't know what you truly have til it's gone. He lost the one woman he every truly loved. He needed to make the most of this last week he had with them because it was all he was ever going to get.
