I hate you
But I love you..
Both phrases are three words long
With different emotions attached to them
Hate is negative, it makes you feel cold
Isolated
You want to lash out
Hurt them as much as they hurt you
But deep down
You DON'T truly want to hurt them
They broke your heart
And what you really hate
Is the pain they caused you
Maybe, just maybe
Saying you hate them
Will hurt them more than you think...
Love is positive, it's all these bubbly feelings rolled into one
Warmth
Their happiness is your first concern
Their smile is what keeps you breathing
Without the right person beside you
It can be destructive
Make you blind, no flaws
Just perfection
Sometimes it's temporary
Love or lust?
Hard to distinguish
An explosive confusion to make
Think!
Is that really how you feel?
You hate me?
That hurts me.
You love me?
That might not be true in a year
Don't toss these phrases around like last night's salad
Think it through - do you mean it?
They might forgive you
But will they forget what was said?
The emotions you caused?
Probably not
Can't take it back even if you wanted too
THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK!
