Chapter 3

I couldn't believe it!! I was so angry!! I wanted to tear his head from his throat and grad it to the dogs!

"I can't believe it's really you!!" My ex father said. He tried to hug me ,but I pushed him away.

"You've been alive the while time!?!" I yelled at him. I was more than angry!!

"Paisley please calm down. It was for your own good. So you would know how to grow up and be a good Luna." He said to me with a smile.

"What the heck is a Luna!?!" I screamed/asked him.

"Please take a seat." He was do calm I wanted to rip open his throat for being so calm.

I sat down and he said "let's start"

He told me that the 'accident' was a set up. He told me how we where werewolves and Mason stepped down from about to be Alfa. That I was to be Luna of the highest ranking pack in the world. That I was being watched at all times until they couldn't find me one day. There weren't words to describe how i felt at the time. The fact that he wanted me to almost stare made me stand up and almost jump at him until a thought came into my mind. Why haven't i shifted? I did not notice i said that out loud. Then all the pieces started to fall into place. Today is my birthday and I'm turning 18 and at midnight im going to shift. I heard stories at school saying that if you didn't have your mate then you could almost die ,but they are just humans. They don't know. Or maybe they did?

I almost would have killed him on the spot if there weren't any of his guards. Why does my life have to be so complicated? "Samson will show you to your room. tonight when you shift do you want anyone to be there with you?" Alpha Jeffrey asked me (aka my ex father). "no, that wont be needed." i answered and left to follow Samson. " Thanks ,Samson.' i said when he showed me my room.

  I was getting hungry ,and needed to be energized for the shifting ,so i followed the smell of food. When i reached ,what i was guessing the kitchen, where the food was i walked through the door and didn't notice the noises inside the door. So, like an idiot i am i walked in when a bunch of guys from the pack where getting a snack at 5 in the afternoon. I am so glad i changed! They all looked up from what they where doing to look at me. I didn't mind. I got that look all the time ,so i walked over to the fridge got an apple, grapes, and an orange out. " Where are the bowls and knives?" I asked no one in particular. " Bowls are to the right of the fridge and knives are in the drawer under that , babe." Some guy that had his shirt off and looked like a major tool told me. 'Are you trying to flirt with me?" I asked bluntly. "Well-" He started. "Well, girls with asses like mine ,don't talk to guys with faces like yours!" i said Quoting mean girls. There was a round of 'burns' from everyone ,and i took that as my cue to get my stuff and leave.I cut up my apple and my orange ,and put it into a bowl with my grapes ,and left.

Time flies when you are eating ,so by the time I was done  eating and watching t.v.It was 8:30. I needed more food because it was dinner time. I got up and walked to the kitchen. I was pleased to find that no one was in there. I spoke to soon ,when all of suddeen a stampede was running through the kitchen to another room. All of a sudden someone stopped to say hello and got a couple grumbles until they saw me and smirked and looked at the guy at the end. I realized it was the guy that got burned by me! Haha!! Good times! I opened up the fridge to look at what they had. I bent over to look at the bottom drawer thingy ,and then a guy had the guts to een think about slapping my butt. Before he could touch my butt ,I grabbed his hand. "That was probably the worst mistake of your life." I said in a menacing voice. "What are you gonna do? Love me to death?" He said. I twisted his hand back and looked straight into his eyes. I leaned forward enough to make it look like I was about to kiss him, when really in 2 seconds i kneed him and he fell ,then i had him on the floor on his stomach, me on top with hand still in my grip. I leaned down to whisper in his ear, "Something like love"  I whipered in a menacing voice. I got up ,got my food, and went back to my room.

It was 11:30 when I left. I jogged all the way to the other side of the forest. There was more land ,just there was a fence. By the time that i got there it was 11:55. I took off all my clothes and thats whe the first bone popped.
