Asahi POV
We all split to start our final. I headed to the west side of the island. On this part of the island the fog seemed to be more dense. All the tree's kept creaking and it seemed like a scene right out of a horror film.
I saw something move out of the corner of my eye. I turned to see what it was but nothing was there.
I heard a rustle in the tree top and saw a pretty big shadow.
I jumped. This is definitely a scene out of a horror film.
I heard the thing drop to the ground. I backed away slowly, trying to see if I could escape it.
Something came out of the fog.
Wait what?
"Noya?"
"Hey Asahi!"
"Oh my god you nearly gave me a heart attack." I sighed.
"Well, this is a good thing because I was looking for you! I need to show you something!" He started to jump up and down.
"Well, I need to finish my final. Could it wait?" I asked.
"Well, how about this. If I can show you the thing right now, i'll help you finish your 'final'."
"I should really do it on my own..." I said starting to back away.
"Pleaseeee. It won't take long, I promise." He pouted.
How could anyone say no to that face?
"Ok fine. But it has to be quick." His eyes lit up at that statement. He grabbed my hand and started to pull me away. I blushed but followed none the less.
~Smol time skip~
After a few minutes of walking we came up on a small structure. I was too big to be a lean to but too big to be a house.
"Ok, this is where I hang out when I'm bored." He stated, pulling me inside.
On the inside there were everything from herbs to clothing to swords.
"Do you collect things for fun?" I asked.
He nodded and pointed towards a small chest sitting on a shelf.
"Go over there and open the small chest. What's inside I want you to have." He blushed slightly.
Why would he blush? It's just a chest.
I walked over to the chest and opened it. Inside there was a gold necklace with a huge emerald attached to it.
(A/N The image at the top is what it looks like)
I gasped and turned around.
"That's one of my favorite things that I have collected. I don't have any use for it so I want you to have it." He looked down at the ground. This is the first time I had ever seen him be even the least bit shy.
"T-thank y-you." I said with a blush on my face.
I took the necklace and put it in my bag.
"Now, you promised to help me with my final." I said.
His face lit up and he dragged me out of the room.
This wasn't such a bad day after all.
