OBA Ch 12. Sneak Peak

"Why are you here Hyde? You haven't been here in years," Jolteon said.

"Well, it seems that the Volt Mach 5 has been stolen from my lab. And my tracking device located it here," Hyde said.

"You stole the suit!" Pikachu exclaimed.

"What? How else was I gonna get it?" Pegasus shrugged.

"Maybe God should give you that embarrassing punishment."

"Please don't."

Pikachu sighed. "Sorry, some horse I know took it. I can give it back to you."

"Oh, if you own it then no worries. Rex wanted you to have it anyway," Hyde said.

"HA!"

"You still stole it!"

"But he let you have it!"

"That doesn't change the fact that you stole it."

"Bite me!"

"Hyde, we need your help," Jolteon proceeded to tell Hyde about everything that happened.

"So you need a suit for her?" Hyde asked pointing to Shinx. Jolteon nodded. Hyde closely examined Shinx. "Hmm, you are smaller than most racers. I don't think I can get many gadgets in, but I can get enough to make a suit your size."

"Really?" Shinx said.

Hyde nodded. "All I need is your power core manufacture and sponsor."

"...Huh?!" Shinx said.

"It's not like I have that kind of laying around. We need an energy source on the suit, and no sponsor means no money, and no money means no materials to make a suit," Hyde explained. "Also, you need teammates as well. If I'm not mistaken the race your entering in is a team race. No chance at going solo in this race."

"Well, fuck," Shinx cursed.
