I just moved from Bolivia (A/n that is in South America)to Canada because my parents divorced and my mom moved in with her new husband. Right now we were arriving at the airport where he was supposed to pick us up. If you ask me I don't like him that much. He is always trying too hard to get me to like him when my mom is around but when she isn't we don't even talk. But I promised my mommy that I would get along with him. For a 5-year-old I'm very stubborn. We saw him and we got in his car he and my mom were talking while I looked around it was a very nice neighborhood. When we got to his house it was enormous I fell in love with the house. When we got out of the car he led me to my room and I started to unpack. I looked out my window to find this little boy playing with his cars I giggled at his childish face but decided to ignore them and continue to unpack. When I was finished I was called downstairs to eat dinner. I ran and in the dining room, there was a box of pizza and tenders for me. If I didn't mention I'm allergic to cheese so yeah no pizza for me. When we finished eating my mom told me I was starting school tomorrow. I was so excited but also scarred. What if no one liked me because I wasn't from here. I pushed the negative thoughts away and went to bed my mom came and wished me good night. I fell asleep immediately. The next day my step-dad woke me up and took me to school with my mom. When we arrived I saw many kids my mom took me to the principles office and they took me to my classroom and thats when I met my best friend. The teacher told me to sit next to this girl that looked lonely and shy so I did.

Emma: Bolivia that's in South America
She looked surprised and we talked for awhile. The school day finished and my mom told me that I had to take the school bus back home. When I jumped in the bus there she was sitting next to a boy that was maybe 2 years older then her. I was so happy she was on the bus when she saw me she waved at me to come sit with her. When I went up to her she moved seets to be next to me and not next to the boy I didnt pay attention to the boy but he looked familiar we were getting to my house and the bus stopped. Olivia and the boy got up and so did I she looked at me confused but I didnt pay attention to her I got off the bus and thats when I realized he was the boy from last night. She lived right next to me. We both laughed and said our goodbyes. She ran up her porch and went running inside of her house laughing and screaming. And thats how I met my best friend Olivia.
