Kiyan's POV

I gritted my teeth N-Now what?! I'm being squeezed now by something invisible but it feels like some kind of incredibly thick rope!

Oh, your friends are quite skilled than I expected, it's so hard to get rid of 'em.

I look in front of me and saw him I won't let you hurt them! He chuckled Really now? I think I hit a few people but they're tough. He gave his devilish smile Still, they all have gang up on me yet they're having a hard time. It's funny though, all of them are highly skilled individuals, leaders to be exact - your Sir Stein, Sir Alexander, Miss Athena, Miss Sylvana, and your Miss Lili.

I blinked as I thought What is going on? I feel like something is going on. I demanded Hey, get me out of here right now! He approached me Unfortunately, I need you for a little longer, it's been a while that I've been out in the sun. He  raised his hand and black flames came out of it and started enveloping me with it.

Grrrgh!! AAAAAAAAAARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!

Third person's POV

Before Kiyan could attack someone else, Flame formed multiple fireballs above him. As it flapped its wings, they came shooting down on Kiyan like an automatic rifle Sorry, Master!

Amidst the flames, Kiyan ran out like nothing happened and headed for Liliana!

Athena, who told her plan to Dianne, is ready to execute.

Dianne commanded Don't let Kiyan get any close to anyone! The serpent hissed loudly and fired a geyser of water from its mouth! Kiyan saw this and immediately skidded to a halt, facing the broadside of his sword in front of him, he blocked the serpent's attack!

Athena put her hands up in a hand sign He's close enough to me! Her shadow deformed and headed towards Kiyan then connected to his own shadow. Kiyan then noticed that he couldn't move, with his entire strength, he gritted his teeth and he's able to move himself in slow, jerky motions. Sweat started to appear on Athena's face Goodness, I can't believe he can still move! She shouted Stein! Help me hold him down, he's too strong for me!

Stein also did the same and Kiyan could barely move now, yet, the two still gritted their teeth. The others finally saw Kiyan under control and breathed in relief, Wilhelmina created a spell insignia beneath his feet and black, root-like ropes snaked out and wrapped itself around Kiyan but she made it sure that his right hand will not touch her spell.

Sylvia commented wryly to herself Does Kiyan or whatever got Kiyan wild not see me worthy to fight with? That and I did nothing on helping out. But her pistols are ready to be grabbed I can't even shoot him, it will become a delicate situation where he rescues the princess with a GSW on his leg.

Dianne nodded at her serpent and it immediately responded - it constricted Kiyan hard enough that he couldn't move an inch but not hard enough to crush his bones Sorry but this is for your good, please come back to your senses!

Kiyan screamed like some trapped animal, his voice reverberated through the forest. Valien immediately put one end of the blowdart in her lips and aimed carefully I got you now, better take a good long rest. She gave a big blow and the dart flew towards Kiyan, glistening with the sleeping drug for it was coated with it, and cleanly pierced on the left side of Kiyan's neck.

Athena said aloud We just have to continue until he keels over!
