chapter thirty-nine coming home

Adrien's pov
After a few days of stay here in Paris, France. I needed to get back to New York as soon as possible.  And I know marinette wants to grace so this was a good thing that we were going back home .

Marinette was more excited to leave than I expected.  She was running from our room to the other room to wake Nathaniel and levi. Once they came out of there room we all started to talk a little bit...

Adrien " good morning levi and Nathaniel? How did you guys sleep?"

Levi " I haven't slept so good in forever how about you Nathaniel?"

Nathaniel " my sleep was amazing I was so happy to just fall asleep. What about the two of you ?"

Adrien " I slept good as well but marinette didn't sleep ad much as she should of ?"

Levi " is she okay? Is something bothering here?"

Nathaniel " yeah why is she so happy to get back to New York. I haven't seen her this happy since that movie came out last year?"

Adrien " well maybe she is ready to get back to be with grace. Have you ever thought about that ?"

*Levi and Nathaniel looked at each other and smiled*

Back to Marinette's pov..

I can't wait to get back and see grace. I know she missed me but I missed her more than anything. Over the last few weeks her and I have created a really big bond of friendship and trust. I really do love her like she is my own child. I know it's still hard for her because of her mom passing away on her like that.  So maybe when we met in the hospital it was fate.
  Maybe I was supposed to meet with her. Because of this little girl I want to try harder and make it possible where she can have a better life. I haven't really brought it up yet but I want to try and adopt her into my family.

But first thing first I have to get home and then I have to ask adrien about this ?? Or maybe he will give me so advice about it ??

Skip back to New York ....

Adrien's pov..
I can't believe I'm back in my beloved city. The place where I met Marinette.  Everything is starting to feel like normal again  Except that we need to go pick up grace from always house.

So we headed towards Marinette's friends house. So we can pick up grace. When we walked towards the door grace sae us and ran towadds us with a big smile.

That's when she started to talk ...

Grace " Marinette and Mr. Adrien your back ".... she smiled

Marinette " yes I am and I'm glad to be back .. "

Adrien " hey grace did you miss me while I was away ??" He smirked .

Grace " of course I missed you . I love you both so much . Please don't go away ever again ... "
