He is a an extra-dimensional being so powerful, that our reality cannot comprehend him and thus he's causing reality as we know it to shatter. He's essentially a four-dimensional being trying to exist in our three-dimensional plane of reality. Ghidorah isn't really his true form, but a shadow of it that allows him to exist and operate within our plane of existence.

Powers:
- Large wings allow for atmospheric flight at Mach 3 and can generate hurricane-force winds
- Absorbs solar radiation and cosmic rays through his wings for energy
- Can encase himself in a meteorite structure for interplanetary travel
- Does not require oxygen, allowing him to function in the vacuum of space
- Can fire lightning bolt-like Gravity Beams from each of his three mouths which are rival & equal in strength to Godzilla's atomic breath in power, and are capable of causing large-scale explosions also He can use it both to destroy targets and pick them up and can easily destroy nearly all manmade structures.
- Metallic scales are extraordinarily resistant to damage, even able to shrug off a point-blank blast of Godzilla's atomic breath
- All three heads are armed with razor-sharp fangs and can strike with snake-like speed and force
- Horns allow him to batter opponents with powerful head-butts
- Long, flexible necks can wrap around and constrict foes
- Large talons on his feet
- Twin prehensile tails which end in masses of sharp quills
- Each head is able to move and act independently
- Entire body is a giant conductor, allowing him to increase his power by absorbing electricity as well as release a strong electric shock through his bite
- Bio-electric physiology superheats water vapor which, in combination with the high winds he generates, allows him to create localized storm systems as he travels, which he can use as cover or to draw in more energy
- Heads can communicate with each other instantaneously via telepathy, bypassing any information lag that might be caused due to his long necks
