Already Lost

Highschool. The biggest nightmare of every freshman. Not to mention the extra stress of not only homework, but also the way of how you look. Everyone wants to make an impression in highschool. Especially when it comes to impressing the whole school and the worst is if its a vampire highschool.

Nora provision

I walk through the doors of Similion Dread High school. The halls were  so big and beautiful. I was busy admiring the things in my path and accidently i bumped into someone. Ugh...great first impression. Just to look at who i bumped, i faced upwards and saw a handsome, light brownish hair guy.

OMG.....!. Stop staring. I kept staring at him. God his smile. Then to avoid sudden embrassment , i kneel down and began to pick up my books. The boy who i just bumped into also kneel down. OMG....! I knew he can hear my heartbeat. Ugh. Stupid vampire hearing. 

The next thing he did shocked me the most. He took my glasses, wore them and started making fun of me in front of his friends. I was about to cry when suddenly a girl with dark brown hairs came infront of me and yelled at the boys.

Then she took my hand and we waked away. She then bought me to my lockers and faced me and said:

"Don't mind them. Their just the school's most popular vampire jerks. By the way, i'm Sophie Brett and the boy you just bumped into was my brother, James Brett. We're actually twins but no one believes that."

i laughed slightly at her. She smiled. I already like her. First she helped me and then she made me laugh.

"So what's your name?"

"Oh....um..Nora ... Nora Williams"

"Oh .... Hi Nor"

"nor...". I questioned.

"Um.. yeah nor. From now on your my friend and nor is your nickname cuz nora is slightly too informal for me". She answer while laughing.

"Oh ..um..okh."

"You can call me Sofe if you like". She answer slightly giggly and rubbing the back of her neck.

"Um.. yeah sure Sofe."I answer immediately, slightly giggly.

"Great!. C'mon I'll take you to your class, we have the same classes".

"That's great. Thank you".

"No problem".

She then took my hands and walked me to class, which was history. As i entered the class with Sophie, my eyes wide as i saw the person i never want to see. James himself. Sofe saw me being uncomfortable in her brother's presents and she turned to me and whisper,

"Don't worry. He won't bit or drink your blood as long as I'm here with you". I smiled and then walked to my seat.

 Throughout the class i can feel someone eyes on me but when i look around i see no one. I covered my face with a book , thinking i'm just being crazy. Just to confirm a little that i was actually being watch, i slightly pull down my book to see who's looking and out of shocked, i see James staring at me. He quickly looks away when he see's i caught him. I began to blush like an idiot, but why was he staring at me. Maybe because i got him busted by his sister. Hah.. Jerk. A smile spread across my face and i pay my attention back to the lecture.

The rest of the day went by with Sophie introducing me to her friends and then at lunch time i was sitting with a whole group of different vampires, who were quiet alot beautiful and way confident unlike me. The rest of the day or night went by greatly and just to mention our highschool was at night cuz many of the students still didn't had day light protection rings or necklaces. Mine was a necklace of an marine life. I loved fishes so my aunt made me a beautiful marine fish necklace, as she was a witch.

Sophie wore a beautiful emerald green daylight ring.

After school ended. Sophie dropped me home and told me that she'll pick me tomorrow for school. I smiled at her and waved goodbye. I went inside my house and went straight to my room. I was glad school was over and so i can finally  rest. Well my parents asked a lot of questions when i got home. I told them everything except the part of me being making fun of. Then i went to sleep.
