Once upon a Dream

Dawn's POV

        I was so lost at everything around me, I almost didnt hear City calling out to me untill I snapped out of my thoughts looking over to her already heading inside. "right..coming!"I called back running past many on stairs feeling their stares hitting back of my blonde head not wanting to look back and just focused on catching up to her. "one thing ya never wanna do is stop and space out.. asses like..well like him, can be rude sometimes.." she said nodding.

        My direction changed to the sight of semi dark skin boy with steelers snapback covering over his dark curly hair and surrounded by people. "what with him?" I asked confused as he didnt look that bad but by the look on City face, it read otherwise. "that dana vaughns.. mr.popluar and sometimes my dance teacher.. and let just say he got a temper and can be a ass but nothing i cant handle" she said shrugging it off as we made our way to office.

        "Tatianna!" A male voice yelled out over the roaring loud halls making us both stop in our track and turn to latin looking male with blonde stip within his raven hair coming to us. "damn girl dont you pick up your phone? or are you pissed cause I couldnt give you a ride?" he said rolling his eyes before looking over to me which honestly he looked scary with his seriouness. "well if you cant see dork, im busy and why did your ass ditch me this time?" City said pushing his arms as he shook his head.

        "mom angry, you know the usual..who this?" he asked as I nodded to him. "my names dawn.." I said staying in spot. "gabe morales.. but call me batman" he said smiling which broke away the tension a bit. "see a dork, like I said.."city said smirking as they pushed each other around playfully. "so how long you two been together?"I asked as they looked like couple but the reaction I got next were priceless and made me wanna laugh my pants off.

        "uh ew!" they said in unison making other look over to us as I laughed softly putting hand up. "sorry if you arent I just thought.." "everyone thinks but this chicka is like a little sister and nothing else.." gabe said cutting me off just before we heard bell ringing loud. "shit.. sorry we gotta go before were late and get detention again.. and honestly i cant get that.. just go in there and they will give you everything.. see you around!"City said as her and gabe waved taking off different ways, leaving me alone in front of office as I walked in not ready.

David's POV

        Fuck. Late again. Great I bet first teacher will have a field day. I sighed at the thought running though my head as I headed down empty hall to office walking inside as front receptionist ripped off pass holding it out. "fourth time this week mr.scarzone.. you need to learn to get up"She said as I nodded giving a fake nice smile. "yeah and im trying to.. hopefully will learn next year.."I said in somewhat sarcastic tone turning to walk out when  heard another voice calling my name.

        "ah mr.scarzone.. getting a pass again I see, well then you wont mind showing our new student to her room.. i believe you two are in ms.higgins together" I heard someone say and turned seeing principle. "you see I would but Im not.."I stared to say not one to be all nice and helping but when I seen that blonde hair come around corner, it seemed like everything stopped. "uh..you know no problem, i love to help.."I said as I was tranced by her bright hair and soft lips.

        "good.. now ms. morlaes.. this is david scarzone.. he will help you two first class.."principle said as I held door open for her.  "come on, class awaits.." I said winking as she passed me on way out and hearing her scoff. This was definatly going to be a challenge and I never backed down from challenge.

Dawn's POV

        Great, not even in class yet and I got to deal with the player.  I mean dont get me wrong, He is really attractive but I dont even know him. But strangley a part of me get the feeling like I've met him before but I honestly doubt that. "come on, class awaits.." david said as I walked passed him seeing him winking which made me roll my eyes and scoff in annoyance. 'typical player' I thought heading down halls not sure where I was going but tried following map best I could.

        "hey.. dawn! wait up!" David yelled out catching up not noticing how fast I was walking before seeing him taking few deep breathes. "damn, what the hurry? we can always skip and like get to know each others.." he said walking backwards in front of me smirking. I shook my head rolling my eyes pushing him out of my way "sorry I dont talk to players or strangers..."I said walking on till I felt something or more someone take hold of my hand feel spark jolting though arm making not only me but looks of it, him as well jump.

        "what the.." David said looking at our hands in one another before I pulled away. "Like I said..I dont talk to players or strangers.."I said repeating before seeing classroom in corner of my eyes. "what if we arent strangers.." he said as I stopped in track before opening door looking confused. "but we arent.. we havent met.." "Not here but one upon a dream we have.." he said in a soft tone that made chill run thought my spine.

        Something deep down pit of my stomach told me to stay but same part of me was just creeped out and wanted to laugh. "nice pick up line but no.."I said forcing out laugh before walking inside into room this time not looking back out of fear while the words 'Once Upon A Dream' Ran thought my head.
