Natalia mindlessly walks towards the pottery shop that she has been working in for years. Natalia always loved the arts. When she was a child she would make marvelous paintings that her parents would hang around the house. The only plates, cups, and bowls they would use were the ones she and her mother made. She learned everything she knows now from her mother. However, she never wanted to sell her art. She wanted to bring people happiness, sadness, and all other feelings that they would not express regularly.

Walking into the shop she instantly noticed the smell of fresh clay and the angry look on her boss's face. Natalia looks at the clock and noticed that she's half an hour late. She wonders what has gotten into her today. Natalia is usually punctual and has never been late in all the years working here.

"I am so sorry Sophia!", Natalia apologizes profusely. "I did not realize the time when I was walking here."

"Apologies don't fix anything, Natalia!", Sophia's face reddens as she scolds Natalia for being late. "The only reason you are still working here is because your mother asked for it before she sold me the shop, however, do not think that you have immunity. If this happens again I will fire you!"

It was true the pottery shop used to belong to her mother. She bought the land with all of her savings and her father built the building from scratch. He found wood that was laying around, and even cut down trees to make it her mother's dream shop. There was not anything in the world her father would not do for her mother. Sadly, as the shop made less and less money, her mother sold the shop to Sophia, one of her dearest friends and the only one willing to buy it.

Sophia, with her greying brown hair and wrinkles around her honey brown eyes, seems like a mean old lady, but she has been one of the only people there for Natalia when her parents passed away. She gave her a job, occasionally bought her a meal, but most importantly she kept the shop open in memory of her mother.

"I know Sophia, again, I'm sorry and I promise this will never happen again", Natalia embraces her in a hug showing the sincerity of her apology. She goes to walk around the shop looking for any merchandise that may have been damaged over night. She finds a plate with a crack on it and a bowl with a piece missing from it. She puts these aside to fix later.

Business has been slower than ever lately, therefore Natalia has not made pottery in a couple months now. Only fixing a crack here and replacing a chip there.

After a slow day of selling a single bowl to a mother of three, she closes up the shop and heads back home.

On her way she remembers that they need more sugar since they used the last of it that morning. She turns around and heads to the market.

Natalias arrived at the small Willy and Sue's grocers that she always buys from. The elderly couple are the sweetest people and treat Natalia like one of their own. As she walks in she can instantly smell the fresh baked bread they make every day.

"Natalia!", she is greeted with smiling faces of Willy and Sue. Sue ecstatically embraces her and bombards her with questions, "It's been quite a while since we saw you here honey. How have you been? Your husband? Your grandmother?"

"Well you guys know how it is now a days with the economy and all.", Natalia speaks as she walks to the sugar and scoops out just enough to get through the week. "Nicholas is still looking for a job and Nana is getting on to him about finding one
sooner."

"Oh, tell me about it!", Willy expresses his frustration with his arms swinging in the air, "Those good for nothing royals taking our taxes and feeding themselves!"

Natalias walks over to the register, "Hopefully when the prince takes over, things will get better."

"We can only hope - is this all for you honey", Sue weighs the sugar and bags it up.

"Yes Ma'am", Natalia hands her the money and wishes them a great rest of the day.

As she walks back home she looks at the castle that can be seen from the village and wonders how it must be to live like that. Lost in the day dreams Natalia trips over a small red book on the road.

She picks it up and looks around to see if anyone near has dropped it, but there is no one to be seen. She opens it up looking for a name or address, but nothing. As she flips though the pages she notices it's empty with only two words engraved on the back of the cover, "Twin Flames".
